  They never answer the phone regardless of hours posted, dirty facility, and even when you go to the office to finally speak to someone No one is there! Unbelievable that they are still in business!!!!

  I purchased two years ago and was tremendously disappointed. The eye clinic is their mainstay and that's good. But this additional spa adjacent to the clinic is awful. Unprofessional staff, camera "broken" couldn't figure out how to work it so no before and after. A scam

  This place is terrible. I made a mistake and bought a groupon to try the laser hair removal. They never answered the phone, were late to start the appointment, and the place was semi dirty. One of the times I waited 1 hour at my appointment time because they overbooked. The machine broke for about 3 months, so I just never went back to redeem my last three treatments. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

  this place is a scam!! they would forget to run my cc and then charge me double, they would cancel my appointments and then tell me my loss for the month I wasn't able to get service because of the several cancellations on their end. reporting them to the better business bureau
