Had a great meal here. Mahi Mahi Grilled with Black Beans and Rice, Delicious. It has a great atmosphere and is well laid out. It is pretty much the only restaurant down this way, so you don't really have too many choices, but it is good and the service was friendly!

Great place. Good food quality. A mix of cuban food and other styles. Prices here are good too!. The city it's pretty devastated from IRMA, still a lot of trash surrounding the route. and a damaged bridge. Still the place was rebuilt and repaired. Awesome stop if you are looking for a place to go in motorcycle.

great food a true gem for the area! only problem was our so called "wait person" she said her name was donna a complete jerk,vulgar,and just plain rude, we will return next season" betcha" donna is not employed by then dulce and carlos are great business people they will not put up with this. jackie oskinski a marco home owner and "snow bird". I have since learned that the "wait person" name is Donna Hartman and if you check on line you will learn that Donna Hartman lived in key west fl for several years and was arrested several times for check fraud and credit card fraud; don't know if the Havana café takes credit cards or checksif so be CAREFUL!

Food is consistently fantastic. Ambiance is wonderful. Very laid back in a beautiful tropical setting. Service is great even when they are busy.

Please avoid this place. I can't emphasize that enough.
The restaurant itself is dirty, tiny, and stinks. It shouldn't be classified as a normal restaurant as it lacks so many common things found in other restaurants, like real cups, utensils, menus, or quality service. The food was laughable; how do you mess up french fries and tortilla chips THAT badly? The employees are indifferent to customer needs and work at their own leisurely pace. I sincerely regret going to this place, and had I not been with others at the time I would've simply walked out. Please avoid this place at all costs. You're better off ANYWHERE else.

Some locals of Marco Beach advised us to make the trip herehoneymooners, my wife and I were excited that we did!!! The food is outstanding, prepped and prepared daily. We tried the amazing shrimp appetizer (to die for!), Cuban sandwich and the fried plantains. We were not disappointed. Our waitress was extremely helpful with suggestions. We sat outdoors on the beautiful patio on a gorgeous day. This place is a gem!!

We had an extraordinary meal at the Havana Cafe. We arrived 15 minutes after they closed (8:00!). The owner, Carlos, had the kitchen staff cook the four of us an amazing shrimp and rice plate along with soup, salad and a huge piece of excellent flan. Great place, great food and great staff. The best place to eat in Everglades City!
