I love the location of this hospital. Parking for $6 then you can go somewhere after your appointment.
Whole my family go there.
It was far bigger than I was expecting (I'm used to the Watertown and Cambridge offices), but the great service was still there. The check in and info staff helped me find my way, and they had far more patience than I would have with another patient who was complaining. Everyone was great and helpful.
A really full service medical center. I've been a member for more than 35 years and cannot recommend its staff highly enough.
One of the worst! The doctor insisted on giving me 5 immunization shots all at once even though I questioned. After the shots she didn't know where to stick the tape on my arms so she just guessed! The next day I start to have have very high fever and other symptoms and I called them to make sure. I called twice because I waited for more than an hour and didn't get call back. And at the second time, the receptionist who picked up my phone said she couldn't understand me because I sounded really sad! I don't know if I should be mad or feel funny anymore. And the worst thing is, they sent me to an even worse hospital's emergency (Beth Israel hospital). I almost died there!
Not hard to find, but arrive early because parking in the area is limited. They do have a parking structure, however it was full when we arrived at 2 pm. Also, you may want to call ahead & ask what floor your doctor's department is on, to save time looking for it when you arrive. The staff & care are top-notch, & appointments run on time.
Poor service, incorrect diagnosis, poor follow up, poor accounts payable, calling patients for payment before a bill is sent out. After 30+ years as a patient, my patience has worn thin for Harvard Kenmore and atrius health.
I would give them zero stars but it is not an option. Absolutely horrible service. They take their time to get back to patients. They do not have the patients best interest at heart always, do not put the patients first, and everything is a huge process when the patient is in crucial pain. I regret signing back up with this clinic. Honestly, if you are in crucial pain this is not the place to be seen. I have been in crucial pain for years with stomach problems and it took me two years of fighting and hassling them, to finally get them to perform an endoscopy and it felt like an eternity in pain years. The doctors ask you to call them back on days they aren't going to be at the site, and so you end up having to wait for days to speak to someone. Absolutely and utterly dissatisfied.
I left Tufts for this clinic because I was sick of how I was being treated at Tufts.
I really like it here. My husband liked how things were going for him at the Braintree location, and so I decided to give the Copley location a try. I've never had an issue here with being seen late or anyone being rude. In fact, I've always been treated well and accommodated with answers to most of my questions.
Love Harvard Vanguard, they take good care of me.
I have been going to Harvard Vanguard's Kenmore building for over 15 years. Dr. Spar is a great PCP. Because of various issues over the years I think I may have been in almost every department except Pediatrics!
Every doctor and all the staff I have encountered have always been helpful and spot on with diagnosis and treatment.
There are not enough stars.
I am glad some people have had nice experience with the Kenmore site. Me on the hand have not. I have excruciating pain with my back and knee. My doctor has really done s*it to help me. I am basically treated like a drug seeker. I am African American, and I truly believe that has something to do with it. I understand the Opiod crisis going on at the moment, but, that has nothing to do with me. The idiots who abused the system is making hard for me to get the proper care I need, but most importantly, I blame the doctors, because they have my medical records, I am not making this up, and to be accused of being a drug seeker is beyond insulting, unprofessional, rude, mean and pissed off is understatement. I have no cartilage on my left knee, the first step of the procedure is done, and now, I am being given the run around about the most important part. I apologize for the long review, but the three doctors that I am working with clearly do not give a f*ck about this patient. If there was a way to give no star, that is exactly what they would get.
I called th pharmacy twice and no one answered the phone for a question I needed answered.
