    I recently leased a Corolla car from Hartford Toyota. I had a Corolla that was coming off lease and was looking to lease another Corolla. I love Corollas. I met Audrin, a sales consultant, who was most helpful in explaining the car options. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the Corolla, friendly and not pushy. I have had nothing but great experiences at Hartford Toyota. Oh and their service department is top notch.

    This dealership was awesome! From my first call to inquire about the vehicle to the completed sale, the employee's were honest and very professional. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not want or attempt any trickery. The service department did an excellent job at detailing the vehicle prior to me taking ownership. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

    First thing when I walked in I was created warmly by a beautiful young lady at the front desk. The place was very clean and accommodating. The staff was really friendly and my salesman was great. What I liked best about him was he made things easy to understand and really listened to what I wanted. He didn't try to push!!

    We want to say thank you to Miss Taylor for helping my mom figure out what was wrong with her Sienna. Miss Taylor was both kind & patient. She also helped my mom understand what warranty she had & explained what it covered. My mom felt very comfortable with Miss Taylor & we want to thank her for all her assistance. My mom says that she has no reason to go anywhere else!

    Thanks Dave

    We had an appointment with Dave on Sunday and we could not make it. He called up an hour after and asking nicely if we are still coming and when we said sorry no, he was very polite and understanding even though he had the car ready for us. We ended up coming in on Monday and had to drive 2 hrs from Troy NY and he understood the challenges and said the car was well worth the trip and he was right. No pressure sales but was right about the price and condition. We drove the car home and had a minor electrical problem on a switch and instead of saying sorry not my problem he went in to bat for us and is going to get it resolve at no cost to us, wow. I know I can trust they will keep their promise. Normally you drive off and they forget your name. It could have left a bump in our purchase experience, a gift to our son, however Dave and the dealership made it a great experience. Still smiling.

    We live in Troy NY so it was a 2 hour drive to Hartford. So we called first to make sure the car was worth the trip. thanks to Dakota she went the extra mile, went out checked the car and even did the smell test for us, none smoker none dog as best she could guess and called me right back within 10 minutes with her honest opinion of the car. Even though knowing that we were coming in on her day off and someone else would be selling us the car, she made sure everything was set up and ready. We delayed the trip by a day and we were so happy to meet her, once again someone else ended up selling the car to us but she still greeted us with a friendly smile super helpful and cheerful and knowledgeable.

    The staff at Hartford Toyota is exceptional!!! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. Not because they want your money, but because you chose them. My entire experience was great, Guy was very knowledgeable about the inventory and the process. He was very honest and up front with me, he never misled me as to what I could afford v.s. what I wanted. I truly appreciate an HONEST car dealer. His personality is amazing, by the time I left the dealership, I had made a friend. The staff on the financial end were astounding with what they were able to do for me. Rich and Tony worked wonders for me so that I left with the two cars that I needed, instead of the one car that I came for. FANTASTIC service from beginning to end.

    Update - So this review needs amending. After posting my issues I was contacted by the service manager. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues. He contacted Toyota to have them cover the parts under warranty (even though I was out of warranty) and waived the labor fees. I was given a car for the day of the service and compensated for my uber rides. Truly service recovery like I have never seen before.

    Absolutely horrible experience. Was just told 1750 to fix locks on my car...1750 that is probably 10 percent of the cars value. I could probably buy a car with working locks for 1750. Also the locks failed independently of each other - 3 of them which seems weirdly coincidental and just super poor quality. The pickup service he said will not really work due to traffic and I was told I would be better off getting a ride - why offer the service if people can't use it. That is one reason to use the dealer cause they can bring you to and from work. Local place is going to do the locks for $800 - we are done with the dealer.

    The experience that I had at this dealership is beyond words. I have never bought a car before, so I had no idea what to expect and after an awful experience at a different dealership, I was not sure what was coming. But this staff was absolutely amazing! I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla TODAY. My credit wasn't stellar and I didn't qualify for many of the incentives, but the sales associate, Guy, went above and beyond to make sure that I was in the best car for me that I could afford. When I went in today, on a Saturday, I was fully anticipating not leaving with a car for about a week with a high interest rate. I was told that I could leave TODAY through some miracle of insurance and financing. I left for awhile while the car was being washed and prepared and when I came back, I was told by Tony in finance that he had managed to get me an absolutely INCREDIBLE interest rate. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing and I will forever be referring people back to this dealership and they have gained a customer for life.

    Dave Goduti and the rest of the team at Hartford Toyota were exceptional in helping me finance a new car. I never felt pressured and they went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal. Overall the entire experience was easy & painless, quick & efficient, and worry free.

    I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the Hartford Toyota Group. I've always been skeptical of the whole "car salesman" thing but the team in the office did not give me that vibe at all. My salesman, Mike B, was very helpful, warm and friendly. He even came in on his day off (very commendable!) to help me get settled. My previous car had been totalled and I was stressed trying to buy a new car. As a single mom, I was nervous about the whole process but Mike helped me and made me feel comfortable adjusting with the new car. Thank you to the Mike and the staff (Ed in the finance office too!) for being so helpful!

    All, this review is a little late, we purchased this vehicle about a month ago and it is important to leave a review for Luis Martinez and his team. While comparing past car purchasing experiences, this was one of the best experiences we have ever experienced. Luis was very welcoming, attentive and a great listener to address our needs were in a family van. Upon entering the sales process, Luis and his management worked really hard to avoid the back and forth game. They were all very professional and transparent. I would say, the sales team here at Hartford Toyota truly care in building a relationship with their customers for long term other than just trying to get a deal. I look forward to servicing my car here and also returning back for future car purchases! I highly recommend this dealer, especially Luis! I'm sure hundreds will back me up by saying, "great work"!

    My family is a Toyota family and have always bought our cars from this location! This time I was the one buying the car and the service was nothing short of exceptional. TK was very welcoming and accommodated my schedule during this process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns he was just a phone call away and answered promptly which was great! The entire department was amazing and I will most definitely refer my friends and other family members to this dealership!

    Thanks to Jill, Tony, and Dave for all their help. Right from the start Hartford Toyota did an excellent job of finding me the right car. Prior to moving to Connecticut, Jill assured me over the phone that I would be able to get the right car at Hartford Toyota when I arrived. Dave was an excellent Salesman, was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and gave me great options to consider quickly and efficiently, without feeling pressured to make any decision. Dave went above and beyond to have me drive the car I wanted out of the lot on the same day . Within the financial department, Tony was very thorough and gave me confidence in my lease.
