    Every time I have gone in with a list of parts to add to my new TriGlide, both Paul & Chris have been extremely helpful in either guiding me to the correct item for that model or getting something non-stocked ordered. I have to give kudos to Wayne and all the other folks as well because I have always had a great experience doing business with the Ronnie's HD family.

    Funny to me that I can look up and order parts from a shop clear across the US and get them quicker than buying them at my local stealership. And paid a lesser price.
    Found this shop when I was trying look up a part for my bike. Since the bike has different parts from different years it can sometimes be a pain to order stuff. But not on Ronnies website.
    They give you access to the microfiche files which makes it very easy to find exactly what you need.
    My local shop doesnt even give me the ability to look up my parts on their website.
    Shipping was fairly quick and not that spendy. Paying with C C was easy. Very happy with my experience and have already told a few buddies about them.
    I know I'll be back next time I need some parts.
    Thanks to Ronnies I was up and running again in no time flat.

    Owner was a nice guy. We got to talk a bit. Employees are very helpful. Would go back. Owner even said come back on a Saturday for burgers.

    “Wayne, Sue, Brian, Paul and the entire crew at Ronnie's, quite simply there isn't a better establishment! Customer service is above and beyond! Ronnie's is king of Harley!!     I have purchased a couple of harleys from Ronnie's very happy with sales and service the staff is great .Had a couple of miner problems with warrenty and they solved problem quickly thanks Chris.Will buy there again for a bike parts and service. Note there are 4 harley dealers closer to me but put prefer to go to Ronnies Thanks Wayne and staff

    “With a new Harley in the garage, we needed a new solo seat for the best riding experience; this is where Chris in the Parts Department at Ronnie's came in. H-D did not offer a solo seat with a backrest for our new bike so we had to look at aftermarket seats. Saddleman offered what we were looking for, and with the heat deflectors also purchased, we hope this will create the perfect riding experience. Hope to have the seat and deflectors installed by the weekend--will report the VERDICT later; I expect that these items will do the trick for many enjoyable miles of riding.”

    Ronnie"s service department is polite, kind, friendly and fun! They explain all the information you need to make good decisions and will take the time to answer any other questions one might have. I like tech Brittany! She is thorough going through my bike as well as having a great personality and is lots of fun!
