I was running SOOOOO LATE to pick up my HATS and I called the owner and she waited until I arrived. That’s SUPREME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU. AND she did a Fabulous job on my hats.

This is a jewel!! If you are looking for a wonderful piece, I HIGHLY recommend Harlem’s Heaven! The owner, Evetta is a beautiful person and has a bright light to her that makes you feel immediately comfortable and joyful! It was a comfortable, hilarious and friendly shopping experience! She is so gifted and honestly, VERY reasonably priced. Please go!

The owner is pure divine, her service was amazing. She was patient, and provided me with different hat options. I ended up going with the beige color hat, it fit best with suite. I highly recommend, and I will be going back.

I couldn't do anything else but give this store this woman as many stars as I possibly could. I am so impressed with her service and just pure personality, I am a resident of Ohio and she's in New York, and when there was a discrepancy she took it upon herself to give me a call to make sure that everything was right before she sent it out. Very impressed and I will definitely make all my hat purchases through her and also will be telling other people about the great experience that I've had with "Harlem's Heaven"
