  This is the 2nd vehicle am getting from this dealership and both experiences have been exceptional. From the moment i walked into the building and walked out, they handled my case professionally and met my needs. I will highly recommend this great organization for their expertise and conduct.

  I have always had good service with Hardy until today. I bought my 2013 Chevy Silverado, pre owned certified in March of 2016 and still love my vehicle. The buying process was painless and efficient, however that purchase came with a 2 year 24,000 mile service warranty which includes oil changes, tire rotations, it said 4 services maximum. Today was the third oil change and I was given a hard time about the agreement and after some discussion about it was given the oil change for free which I do appreciate, I just feel that if a dealership is not going to honor a service agreement that it should not be given in the first place..I was not trying to get something for nothing I paid for the vehicle and that agreement came with it.I was informed when I left that there would be no more services with this agreement on this vehicle when I still have 4 months left on the agreement...This has bothered me all day long, I was made to feel that I was trying to get something for nothing and that certainly wasn't the case. I just wanted them to honor what was in black and white on the service agreement.

  I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Hardy Chevrolet and by far the easiest, smoothest transaction I have ever had. I am a repeat customer of Steve Garner. He is very friendly, honest and fair. Steve has always been available when I had any questions about any of my purchases and always willing to help me. I highly recommend Hardy and if you need a great salesman see Steve!!

  I love my New 2017 Acadia that I purchased from Hardy! This is the 3rd vehicle my household has purchased! All of my family members buy from Hardy. The staff were so upfront with what I paid and what discounts were given to me. I am very pleased with how much I saved. It is so nice to come to a dealership so down to earth and honest.

  These guys are legit. 1st time I ever enjoyed the car purchasing process/experience. We bought our family van from Lee about a year ago...had a service question...called him today and he emailed me my warranty agreement in 5 minutes. Buy from them, you'll be happy you did.

  This dealership is very well organized customer friendly. I did not purchase my 2014 Chevrolet Impala from Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC but they treats me the same as if I had.
  
  Hardy Chevrolet in Dallas, GA is a very customers friendly dealership. I am always met by a friendly service tech. Service was performed in a very timely manner. I was in for a recall on 2005 Pontiac Vibe air bag inflator. The service was performed with no cost to me.

  I've known Chuck for years and was most pleased that at Hardy, the purchasing experience allowed him to be the same friendly guy that I have always known. Hardy doesn't seem to require that sales people follow a routine that slowly leads a customer through a series of steps until a sale takes place. Rather they treated me as a friend. I was also very pleased after buying 5 GMC vehicles through the years to find that Chuck was the first salesman I have encountered to know as much or more about the vehicle than I did. He showed me all the features and explained everything I needed to know. That takes a lot of research on his part to know all the details about all the vehicles he has to sell. Very well done.

  From the moment I decided to get a new car I want to make sure it was through a good reputable place. My brother-in-law bought his last four cars at Hardy and always took them there for Maintenance and Service -he told me just go to Hardy, you can't go wrong with Hardy. However I don't have the best credit and thought that I would only be able to get a used car with Hardy. So I decided to see what the less than perfect credit dealerships could do for me -that was a frustrating experience as one took a week to get back to me and the other would only communicate through email or text as they were too busy to speak on the phone. So finally I contacted Hardy and I can honestly say my only regret is I should have contacted them sooner. Everyone I dealt with at Hardy (Melissa, Chuck, Mike and Brandon) was very nice, helpful and patient. I was worried about getting a bad deal as I don't have great credit but they were awesome. I believe they got me the best deal for my financial situation and for helping to build up my credit. Brandon was very helpful and patient as he allowed me to take three different test drives to find the best car for me and my situation. My words of advice to someone looking for a good deal on a great car "Just go to Hardy. They will find a way to help you". Thank you Hardy.

  Lovely and best experience!!! I recommend fully! (: me and my husband came here today to see our options for next year before our 3rd baby comes. Our sales representative was very nice and patient. Gave us really great advice ! I can't wait to buy our car from this place! Very thankful for the advice we received and this is our new place to come in the future to buy additional cars!   Everyone, from the couple of receptionist's to our salesman, Cody Hudgins, and then to the financier, Colt Deems, was extremely professional and genuine with assisting my wife and I to purchase the vehicle we wanted. The process was fast and we had made a decision on a vehicle with no pressure and knew what the numbers were throughout the entire process. A transparent yet firm price was established and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle at this dealership and will recommend to our friends to shop here as well. Overall, it was a very stress free and enjoyable experience.

  This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I was not ever pushed to buy any car and the staff was very friendly and I had an awesome salesman Scott Walker. That was the fastest time I have ever been in and out when purchasing a new vehicle at a great price. I have already referred family members and Friends the dealership only for purchasing a car but for car maintenance, they are quick and easy. I will definitely be back again when I am going to purchase an additional new car.
