  I shopped for my flooring for 2-3 months prior to actually purchasing.
  I knew exactly what I was looking for and Hardwood Bargains provided the perfect flooring choices. I could not be happier with the company.
  I worked with Jason throughout the project and he provided me with
  excellent customer service and product.
  As a result, the Eucalyptus floors are the focal point of our home.

  We had great experience with Hardwood Bargains. The showroom is very nice and clean. Their selection is amazing and there are many affordable options. The staffs are excellent to work with and provides an excellent product!
  We recently replaced the carpet flooring to hardwood due to my allergies. This is our 1st project with the house and we have many questions. I checked the reviews online and found Hardwood Bargains. I called in to get some information and Peter Cobos helped me answered all of the questions without pressuring sale. It took us a while to go in after the call, but Peter still remembered us when we tried to stop by to get the samples. Peter is an AWESOME sale person there! He is very courteous, professional, patience, honest, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to try to help answer the questions and try to find the solutions when we had issues with the installer.
  
  Customer service was excellent and we will definitely be using them again in the future for our next project.

  I looked at flooring stores all over Austin before finding out about Hardware Bargains. When I saw their selection and the beauty and quality of their products, it made my decision simple...finally! Not only is the engineered hardwood I purchased higher quality than what I saw at chain stores, but it was actually cheaper, too! My contractor texted me at work to say how beautiful it was when he went to pick it up. He was amazed and said I got an incredible deal.
  
  I worked with Peter, who was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. He let me take home samples and then call in with my credit card the next day to pay for the one I chose. Super simple.
  
  Also, I liked being able to support a smaller company with stronger local ties.
  
  I highly recommend Hardwood Bargains to anyone looking for high-quality flooring at great prices.

  After visiting many other flooring stores, my daughter suggested I go with her to visit Hardwood Bargains which is in the same building where my daughter works. She introduced me to Jason. Jason was very kind and patient with me in helping me make a decision on which flooring to buy. After several trips to the showroom, I finally decided to buy Brazilian Cherry engineered hardwood. It was recently installed and looks great. Jason made a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the installation and the product.
  I found that Hardwood Bargains’ pricing to lower than some of the other stores I visited. Their showroom is huge and uncluttered with large hanging samples that can be placed by the windows for viewing in natural light.

  Experience was great. We drove up to the Austin store from San Antonio and spoke with Jason. We already knew what floors we wanted from the many many samples they mailed us. We just wanted to see it in a bigger picture. We picked the Natural Eucalyptus and love it. Jason also pointed us to a great installer that he use to work with in SA. Jerry Ruiz and his dad are great!!! They were very diligent in their work. I highly recommend Hardwood Bargains!!! Very pleased with the product and service from Jason!!!

  Nice and professional sales person with great showroom. Price is right and they have flexible delivery plans. The overall shopping experience is very good and we love the new floor installed. I highly recommend them.

  Good quality wood, and the price was very competitive. It was easy to select since they sent me 5 different samples for free. The whole process was easy and fast. Speaking of fast, shipping was lightning fast. Customer rep Gabriel was awesome to communicate with during the whole process.

  Hardwood Bargains really came through for us on a commercial flooring project for my shop's remodel that made other companies nervous. We needed some high-traffic flooring and Peter and the team were exceptionally communicative and patient with us as we dealt with the stress and shifting schedules of a difficult remodel. When the time was right, they had the flooring we needed within days of our order! Can't thank you guys enough for all of your insight and help, and you'll be our first stop for our future flooring needs!

  Hardwood Bargains was highly recommended to us by a contractor friend of ours, and we were not disappointed! Colin was extremely helpful and patient while we dug through sample after sample and debated the relative merits of the wide variety of flooring options that they have on offer. And when we found the perfect flooring for us, the price was extremely reasonable. They even made a special effort to get the flooring to our house the same day that we bought it, even though it wasn't technically a delivery day. Throughout the whole process, they went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. I cannot recommend highly enough, and will definitely be going back when we do our second story flooring!

  We recently purchased a new home and we're recommended to Hardwood Bargins by a friend and couldn't have had a better experience than we did! We worked directly with Colin and he was extremely informative and helpful through the entire process. He constantly kept us informed about our order and was a pleasure working with.   I recently purchased hardwood for my new house from Peter at Hardwood Bargains. He was very patient with me and helpful through the decision making process and very attentive while I was buying and after as well. The price for my flooring was less expensive here than at other places I looked. I'm very happy with my beautiful new floors!

  My wife Claudia is pleased because it was exactly the same as what she picked out at another flooring store but much cheaper. Over a dollar a square foot less. Colin the salesperson and the customer service were great. Everything was on time as promised and the floor looks wonderful.

  I came to Hardwood Bargains trying to match my current wood floor so that I could continue the wood flooring into my bedroom. Zac worked with me over the course of several months (and sent countless samples) to help find the best match. He was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with. The flooring is high quality and looks great. The whole team was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back to them if I ever end up installing wood floors again!

  We shopped all over San Antonio and online. After several flooring stores, we found Hardwood Bargains to be the best quality at the best price. On top of this, the local salesperson to those we spoke to online were excellent. After we make our purchase, my truck broke down. I thought I was going to have to buy a new engine. I called to cancel my order and they were extremely friendly about it. A few days later, I found out that my truck did not need a new engine. I called Hardwood back. They quickly re-instated my order and gave me my delivery place back so that I did not have to wait any longer than the original date to receive our flooring. I would recommend Hardwood floors to anyone.
