Very dirty and rude staff. Both cats had poop on them when I picked them up on two diff occasions.

Love this place! I drive from Lakeland for this vet. Dr. Lovett is very knowledgeable and kind. They charge about half the prices of other clinics. Sometimes you will have to wait a while, but it is well worth it for the care and price you receive.

Yes it was a bit hectic there, yet I found them to be very caring & sincere about their cause (animals). That to me is important.. Plus they do allot of preventive care for low cost- it's not just about the $ w/them , 1 of those roaming cats scratched my new pup on the way out too yet I would still take my dog there

I am on a very limited income and greatly appreciate the prices. The level of care my dog received was excellent. I was also impressed that they care for the local strays. They truly love animals.

Office is always filthy and stinks, staff is very rude, dr is a quack, my personal experience is horrible. I brought my dog in because he suddenly went paralyzed. Dr said he had a slipped disc gave him a shot of Valium and sent us home. My dog couldn't urinate on his own at all and so I called back up there and they said bring him back first thing in the morning. So I brought him up there at 7:30 in the morning and waited until they opened, dropped my dog off and left. About 10:00 I still didn't hear anything about my dog so I called up there and the lady said he's doing a surgery on another animal and he will get back with you. So about 11:00 me and my husband decided to drive up there to check on things, and when we walked in the dr was in his office playing with his grandson while my dog was in a cage and wasn't even tended to yet! So he finally took him out of the cage and put a catheter in him because his bladder was ready to burst, and told us we needed to find another vet because he needed surgery and he couldn't do it. So same day we took him to another vet and that vet said when we took him to dr Lovett he should have sent us to another vet right away because since we were sent home and had to wait a whole 24 hours before I had to take matters into my own hands and get my dog to a decent vet, his spinal cord was already damaged to the point of not being able to recover. So the surgery was unsuccessful and he's still paralyzed to this day. And the dr laughed at me when I started crying over my dog being paralyzed and he said it's just a dog. I also had a beagle that got hurt somehow when she got out and had a gash in her back leg all the way down to the bone, dr didn't even clean it or shave the hair like their supposed to! He literally just put some stitches in it! When I went to change her wrapping there was still dirt all over her leg and all over the wound. This is the worse vet I've ever taken my dogs to. I would NEVER recommend this idiot dr to anyone!
