They never called me back after my application was submitted. They didn't return my calls or emails, either. I have excellent credit, steady income, and a healthy savings account.

They have the same property management as Water View Court Apartments, so prepare to be disappointed at either or both.

This apartment has poor ventilation, mold, parking is horrendous they couldn't even get the lines right and a whole lot of issues to list here. Bottom line if you are under budget move here if not go somewhere else better! However, I like the staff they are very nice and try to help as much as they can. The owners are here to blame they need to upgrade these lousy apartments!!!!!

Worst apartments ever. Mold, mice, cockroaches. They never pick up the phone at the front desk. Never return calls. "24 Maintenance" is always a problem. Stay away.

I lived here for three years. I moved when I was 18 and was excited about having my own apartment. Didn't take long for me to realize what a mess it is. After a year in a half it's become extremely ghetto. Cops are always in and out the complex. There was a murder/Fire in one building. In the winter there is snow piled up in the parking lots. No matter the season there is never any parking because people invite their guest. Horrible position to be in when you've worked 12 hours then have to park in front of another building and walk to your own. I have seen a roach or two but my apartment isn't infested in them as I heard other peoples are but the ANTS drive me crazy. I can hear everything the tenants above me are doing. When something goes wrong in their apartment (pipe burst, leave water running, etc) it all comes down to my apartment. Maintenance is typically prompt but they only do patchwork. My bathroom was flooded by the upstairs tenant .. they went to the tenants above me and "fixed" the problem but never fixed the wall in my bathroom. Now there's mold growing. Oh, and Don't have a second car that you rarely drive. They will post a tow sticker on the car even if they know it's operable. There reason: they have to see the car moving. They charge you 35 dollars if you're not home to let the exterminator in who does a half ass job(spritz kitchen and bathroom then leave). I'm assuming now they're putting up lights and numbers on all the old buildings to attract tenants to the new one. My lease ended in March, It was a starter apartment but I will not be renewing my lease here. Just pay the extra money for something better. It's not worth it.

This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have black mold (which should be an emergency) and they refuse to clean it as black mold is toxic.

I am only giving this place one star because it won't let me post unless I rate, but one star is generous to be honest, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Since I've moved in there have been two fires, one that completely shut down the office. A few months ago the office had the NERVE to post a bulletin in every complex stating that an exterminator will be out to deplete the upcoming pest problem. Kicker if you didn't let them in to service you, you were charged $35! Needless to say, whatever the bug mad did, was a waste of time and didn't work. I feel the office should reimburse anyone they charged, and should reimburse the people who had to go out and buy their own baits, sprays , etc. My apartment is clean, I take pride in the way my place looks, but I will be damned if I will continue to live in a place where it is roach infested and they don't do anything about it.It's been two to three months since the place has been sprayed, and the bugs are only getting worse, not just in this buildingbut in other buildings where I have had the chance to discuss the problem with other tenants who also are not happy with the results. Rebuilding a new complex that burned down? How about you actually FIX the bug problem for the tenants that you receive monthly rent from. And don't even get me started on the half ass painting, and repairs they do. The upstairs balcony literally looks like it could fall on top of mine at any moment, there are cracks in the walls that have been painted over instead of properly patched, new cracks and indents in the walls as time passes from the poor upkeep. Be weary of this place. If you want a good priced roach motel, this is the place for you. Did I mention they charge $750 as a security deposit for a small pet? I'd like the know where the hell my money went, because my cat is a hell of a better exterminator than whatever they provided. After only a year and a half here, I will not be resigning a lease; and I sure as hell will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I wont say it's the worst place to live but I know there is better. The rent is way too expensive for these tiny rooms. In the summer time the apartment is full of thousand leggers and ants. The air conditioners are so old and drip so much it messes up the walls. They have a nice pool, but make not only tenants pay for it but their guess too. and the life guards are ignorant ass holes. When the upstairs neighbors take showers, the water is dripping down to my apartment. In the winter they never salt the parking lot. They half way salt the side walks but the paths behind the apartments are full of ice and is an extreme slip hazard. They regulate the heat which is understandable when they pay for it, but its always either too cold or too hot. I recently caught 2 mice in my apartment. I never had an issue with mice before, but I think it has something to do with the fact that my wall pretty much caved in just by leaning on it. The office staff I can say is very nice and understanding. Besides the occasional kids playing in the halls, its fairly quiet. Maintenance do show up in a timely manner, but walks around as if they run the place, yet barely do anything, just patchwork. There is never any parking space. There is no designated area for people guest to park so there is less room for tenants to park. Their solution to this is to tow tenants cars that they think is immobile. I will not be renewing my lease another year.

and I think I'll be very happy here. My apartment was completely renovated - my interaction with the office was great - very friendly - and I cant wait to use the beautiful pool!
