I was excited to stay here based on comments. Unfortunately, the reservation process is truly bizarre and ultimately left me without a room (after I thought I had one). Bottom line: Call them - don't use website request process

Brief details: In a nutshell, I followed the process on the website by submitting a request for availability. During ensuing email exchange, it was clear that I wanted one of 2 available rooms. The question was which one. I responded that I would take one of the rooms. I found out the next day that I lost the room. Apparently, someone called Harbor house during this email exchange (after I stated I wanted a room) and they gave the room to them. Bizarre.

Wonderful place to visit and take in the scenery and activities of Door County. There is much fun to be enjoyed in the hustle of summer or take advantage of lower rates in Winter. I love the wood fireplace in each room!

Harbor Guest House is the best place to stay in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Not only is it right on the water, but the rooms are gorgeous and have all the amenities I was looking for. It's a very short walk to town, management is helpful and pleasant and the rooms are clean and well kept. I've stayed here many times in the past and will stay here every time I return.
