  I found some item that I am wanted to buy and brought them to the checkout.the items I had were rung up on the cash register until a final total is was achieved..at that point I paid for my items and received the proper change back,whereupon I left the establishment,and went on with my day..what a success!!!

  Forget tool trucks go to Harbor Freight they are now carrying some very high quality tools and this one is just right around the corner from the shop

  Store gives you a hard time when returning with a receipt. You dont need to scan a drivers license. How about selling tools that aren't junk. Meanwhile we quit spending money here; enjoy!

  I really like this store. It's almost always organized and they have quite a bit in stock. Since it doesnt have high traffic like Mesquite, you might find somethings in stock that other stores didnt but you might also not find things since there are more people buying them at a faster rate if they are high demand.
  
  Store is organized as i have mentioned and the staff is always pretty nice and helpful, there is only one staff member that isnt as nice. as much as i go, if he seems the same way, ill comment. but the other 2 guys that ate tall are pretty cool and the younger bearded guy as well.

  I love Harbor Freight and I enjoy this location because it's closer to my house in Wylie (closer than the one in Richardson) and it's a lot easier to access for me. You can easily access it on the eastbound lanes of the 66 (Lakeview Parkway) or the northbound lanes of Rowlett road. Easy to find and can clearly see from the road and the intersection of Rowlett & SR-66.
  
  If you are not familiar with HFT, the tools are great and most of the hand tools are lifetime warranted. I've had tools break on me and I returned one 4 years later and the other about 2 years after the purchase and they just refunded my money on one and gave me a new tool on the other.
  
  The service is good, the price is right and the quality-for-the-price is excellent. Some may say it's cheaper and not quality tools. Here's how I'll say it: "If you are a hobbyist or just need tools for work around the house, HFT is the perfect place for you!" Why? Because the price is always right and it's a very low risk for your investment, especially if you are just doing it for fun or for a weekend project.
