Description

No matter how big or small the need, my clients satisfaction is my number one priority. I don't want to meet there expectations, but surpass them.

Anyone can say they can do the job you require, but the proof is in past performances.

Let my previous clients tell you what I have done, and how I have done it, so you can be confident in becoming my next customer.

I always follow up with my clients so I may surpass my goal of customer satisfaction.

My Personal Story:

It all started with my dad. He was a Union man, a Master Plumber, and all around handy guy. He had taken me on many of his job sites over the years where I was introduced to all the trades..

Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical
Sheet Metal Work

He always did his own work around the house and we would get involved in many projects together, but dad never wanted me to follow in his footprints. He wanted me to be a clean white collar worker in a fancy office environment. I had taken business courses in Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ and had graduated with my Bachelor’s in Marketing.

From High School, through college, I had always worked in sales, from toys, cameras, jewelry and even electronics. The marketing and promotions of products was always intriguing to me. But I had come to realize that the only product that I had a passion for was my ability to fix, repair, replace and improve people’s homes and business. I am a problem solver and to me figuring out how to tackle an issue brings me great satisfaction. My Mantra is “When there is a will, there is a way” My will is strong when it comes to fixing your home.

My father was on job sites at 6am in all kinds of weather and sometimes up to his knees in mud before the sun came up. He was a strong man that held our family together and I wanted to honor him in my passion. I felt being in people’s homes and businesses would allow me to use my gifts but also stay out of the” trenches”. Even though my father never saw me in this profession I think of him often when I am working on many of my projects today.
