Was not told the truth as to how they bill.
When you make your payment, only 50% goes to principle. The other 50% is for "rent"

None of this was explained when purchasing, was under the impression I was being charged interest like a normal loan.
The salesperson allowed me to believe this.

I would never have entered into a deal like this if I would've understood how they do business.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience. I ordered a large barn 48' x 30' for our farm. I made changes after the purchase and had the concrete pad extended; Both without any issues. The concrete work was fabulous and the crew that put the building up worked hard all day and finished within a day and a half. I couldn't be more pleased.
