  Hotel it self was ok. The location is next to a construction facility so the view out the window was not great. They also had a indoor pool which was nice but no hot tub. Wifi was limited on speed so watching movies you would need to upgrade to the next internet package. Room itself was ok, ours has a busted toilet.

  Fantastic. Friendly and professional service. Loved the Jacuzzi room. Only thing is it's very hard to get in and out of due to the height.Loved the place, and will book another stay there if I am in the area.

  Our client Ron Herron, is a touring comedian who recently stayed here after a performance nearby. He loved it! The staff was super friendly, and there was plenty of parking after 11pm. The room was perfect and quiet, and there was a free breakfast in the morning as well as a gym to use before hitting the road again the next day. Thank you for taking such great care of our friend and client Ron, we can't wait to work with you again soon!

  Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking lot was not adequately cleared of snow. Front entrance was extremely wet and slippery since it is tile. The rug in the entrance was saturated with water which made for a swampy trek into the lobby. Room was very nice for an overnight stay. Overall with the weather being cold and snowy our stay was adequate. I would recommend staying at this Hampton Inn when visiting Utica.

  Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly. We travel with a toddler who loves to swim so it was nice to have a well kept and warm pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, although a star taken off for breakfast. Breakfast was provided, but it was about what you'd expect from a free hotel breakfast.

  Room was excellent. King size bed with whirpool in the room. Didn't care for the breakfast but got a good night's sleep. Cookies at the front desk for guests were good.

  Great staff. I booked through trivago and they charged me 3 times. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting it sorted out. I've stayed here since and they have continued great service. Clean rooms, and great staff. If you want the best and cheapest option, call the hotel. You pay for 3rd party sites.

  Very accommodating for me and the wedding party. They had food out in the lobby for dinner and snacks throughout the day. Would recommend.

  Great experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond every single day to make sure our Military unit felt at home while travelling to the Utica/Rome Area. Personally they assisted me after we left early in the morning I left behind some personal belongings of significant value. Lynn made sure to keep in touch with me and when the items were recovered she had them sent out immediately. The next day I received my personal belongings.It is hard to find service like this anywhere now but this stay made me optimistic that quality and caring service still exists.

  Nice hotel, easy and plentiful parking, nice beds, clean and everything was in working order. The staff here is very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you feel like you are home, and not just a guest. I will stay again when in the area.

  Amazing hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Nice extras like coffee/tea and cookies available for free in the lobby. Breakfast was wonderful and hotel was updated and clean with plenty of parking. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly for our large group.

  Slightly above average Hampton Inn. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They had cookies and meatballs out on the night we arrived which was a nice treat. The indoor pool was clean and a good temperature for swimming. Our room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was standard, the staff member in charge was quick to replace items as they ran out. Would stay here again.
