  Overall, the hotel was nice. When we got to the hotel, we were ready to relax and swim in the pool. But, we were told the pool was closed until 6 p.m. after being freshly painted. So, we waited but when we tried to swim it stunk so much we couldn't breathe and had to leave. Came back next day though and pool was on small side but breathable again. Breakfast was good though the eggs weren't delicious. Our room was mostly clean with a few stains here and there. But, the worst thing was, the hvac unit in our room was terribly loud and kept us awake all night. The next morning after we told the hotel staff, they helped us move into a new room and even moved our stuff for us while we were away for the day. Great location in between casinos and Mystic.

  So what did I expect from a moderately priced hotel? A clean room and a good nights sleep. What did I get? A truly incredible stay!
  Cookies and coca in a lovely lobby...nice touch! Breakfast... by far more then I anticipated! But what was I most impressed with? The staff! Wherever I was on the property everyone smiled and said "hi" housekeeping, front desk, maintenance everybody smiled and made me feel welcome! I will be back and definitely recommend this property...highly!

  Good clean tidy rooms. Excellent breakfast. Efficient friendly service. We just had a quick overnight stay so didn't use the pool or fitness room but the facilities looked good. I'd highly recommend this place.

  My favorite thing about this hotel was that they were pet friendly and didn't charge an additional pet fee. Everything else was great too. The hotel was just off I-95 and easy to get to. The staff were friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was really good as well.

  Fabulous stay, very comfortable beds, clean as a whistle and very delicious breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy!

  Looks like the hotel hasn't been updated since the 70s. Rugs needed cleaning. Old Olive green curtains. Windows so dirty they were hard to see out of. Room was tiny. No chair other than a crummy desk chair. I expected more for $200. I won't return.

  Nice cozy hotel. The room was spotless; everything clean and spacious. The beds were very soft and comfy. The free breakfast was great. They also had free coffee and cookies at night as well. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also provided in case you forget yours at no charge. Overall great stay.

  Love this hotel. Always stay here for work and never been disappointed. Rooms are always spotless. And they're big and spacious with big bathrooms . Front desk staff always friendly. A+ !!

  Decent family hotel that does get the basics right. While the hotel itself is pretty dated, the complimentary breakfast and WiFi help. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well!

  We will be back. They were all so very welcoming and kind. We had some issues and we felt terrible and like real pain in the butts but they were so understanding and helped us ASAP. Melissa at the front desk was wonderful and Mike from Maintenance even helped when it was so early in the morning for housekeeping. Great teamwork and can't wait to stay again in the fall. Thank you.

  Hotel and amenities we're outstanding. The breakfast was also very good. The only issue was we could here kids or dogs running in the room above us all night. The walls seemed thinner than most other hotels.
