  Hotel was recently remodeled & looks nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. My only complaint is that all 4 of the pillows were fiberfill, 2 of them firm. There were no feather pillows. I'm used to sleeping on feather pillows which are more adjustable, so their fiberfill pillows hurt my neck. If it weren't for that, I would've stayed here again.

  I have always had great visits to Hampton Inn and Suites, and this time was no different... friendly staff, great pool and hot tub and an excellent breakfast!

  Horrible experience. Staff was so unfriendly. It was our wedding night and they released the room that was promised to us. My wife had worked with 3 different people in the sales department leading up to our wedding day. Super unorganized. The facility it self was nice, but we will absolutely never stay there again.

  Beautifully renovated. We were impressed with the rooms, the pool is indoors which is a plus and the breakfast was really good. They even made us some eggs without the ham just cause we asked. Would stay here again.

  The staff were very friendly, our room was clean, and breakfast was good. The location was convenient and 3 Floyds was nearby.

  Fabulous time. Courteous and attentive staff, very nice room, awesome pool and hot tub (loved the only adult time 10-11pm). We will definitely be back!!!

  Beautifully decorated modern hotel. Breakfast buffet included. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

  Stayed here between shifts. Clean and quiet. Easy check in (even though I arrived after midnight). The tasty continental breakfast is what I've come to expect from Hampton Inn. I was well rested for my next shift and would stay there again.

  I had a great time at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I also really liked their breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

  Noisy and disruptive. Could not stay our final two nights and they would not refund our money or comp us a room. We were told the General Manager would call but never did. When I called the hotel they still did not see the importance of their Guaranteed Satisfaction policy and gave us nothing.SEE BELOW WHAT THEY SAY!!!!!LIARS!

  Location good. Rooms nice. Service was good. Had a problem with my room key not working, but was quickly resolved. Food was OK. Great overall.

  Nice hotel with a very pleasant staff. Very quiet because it is back off of the main road. The bed was very comfortable.
  The furniture in the room needs to be replaced it is faded and worn.
