  Location was great and easy to find. The staff was friendly and courteous at all times. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Zero complaints and definitely a 5-star visit.

  Pleasant friendly staff. They were very helpful when we asked for recommendations on where to eat, and the best routes to get from place to place. Room was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 4. The indoor pool was also very nice and clean.

  In full transparency, I work for Hilton. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn hotels and this one stands out for their excellent customer service. My room was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. I was there with a group and all the staff was super helpful.

  The room was very nice and the 4th floor had a great view of the sunrise. The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of seating. Beds were a bit hard for my liking but it didn't effect my sleep too much. The hallways were very quiet, you couldn't hear the kids running down the hall. Location was good and around other hotels.

  Nothing special hotel. Front desk was very friendly. First room however that I was given had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, very heavy. Went to the front desk and she was very nice and changed me to a new room on a different floor. She mentioned they had cleaned, repainted and put new carpet in those rooms but they had not changed out the furniture. Smell of smoke in the furniture.

  Great rooms, front attendant was great. The downstairs dinning area is very cozy as well as the indoor pool. The only little drawback was the location. Kinda hard to find and its not on a main road, but a small drive and you have a CVS and plenty of small shops as well as a gas station.

  Horrible. Made reservations that were not honored. I am a disabled and they wanted to put me on the 4th floor. Sent us to a room that was still being cleaned and separated me from my son. Said rooms reservations are honored on a first come first served basis. I even did online checkin and got a digital room key! But the room I selected was given away.

  It was a beautiful hotel with easy access off the main highway in to Town. The room was spacious and clean, just what we were looking for. They provided a nice discounted rate for the block of rooms reserved for the wedding we attended.

  Awesome Staff. The Housekeeping Woman that took care of us the 1st day was just wonderful and the 2nd day a different Woman took great care of our extra needs. Everything was wonderful. I do have to say the Front Desk Staff was impressive each one was so helpful and genuine. Thank you for a wonderful weekend we can't wait to come back!

  Had to move rooms due to work being done on 4th floor and the first room still smelled of paint. Room we stayed in was nice and clean. Quiet as well. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The waffles are the best.

  Great hospitality and service from all of the staff! The morning hot breakfast (6-10am) is a great boost and if you can't make it, just grab a to-go bag. Also, if you are planning a wedding, make sure to grab rooms here quickly because Virginia is for Lovers and rooms are limited in the area. The Sales team here is great and can help you with all of your group and travel needs. The overall friendliness and professionalism from everyone is the reason why I like this hotel. Great job Hilton!
