  Clean and comfy like all Hamptons are! Room was very warm, like 80 degrees and this was with the thermostat off and it was winter time! We had to run the A/C to stay comfortable.

  Nice people.. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was typical for Hampton. Definitely would come back again.

  The staff here lied to our face about charges and then overcharged our group. The manager on duty assured us there would be no charges after the reservations and room numbers were screwed up multiple times. Before I left, I checked on the room charges, which I gladly would have paid, but the staff said they would stand behind Hampton Inn's 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. The hotel manager went behind his staff's back and charged us without even notifying the customer. We even have a voicemail from the hotel stating that there would be no charges. The manager then proceeded to tell us over the phone we would pay for it, we shouldn't have stayed there if there was a question over the charges and that his manager on duty at the time didn't have the authority to cancel any charges. I've never seen such poor management at a place of business. I will not stay at a Hampton Inn again. I would advise you to stay away from this place.

  Hotel was really clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool area was nice. There were a few dead bugs around the hot tub. But overall not bad.

  Great service. Only downfall was when I walked in my room and the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. Definitely would stay again though

  Room was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Thermostat was easy to use and worked well. Breakfast included a nice selection of hot and cold items. Coffee was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Gathered here to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday. Meeting room was the right size for our family. Room was nice. Room above was noisy, asked front desk to remedy and it took a long time to get the room above us to quiet down. Staff not overly friendly.

  Had a mix-up that was Expedia's fault, and the manager was incredibly helpful and professional. Nice room. Very clean, spacious. Great breakfast. A+

  I reserved a room for five people and got a two bed room. I went to the front desk to make sure they had my reservation right and the lady asked if I had two beds? I said yes and five people. The lady seemed confused as to what my issue was and so I asked if they had rooms with a roll away bed and she said no, that the rooms were too small for a roll away. That is correct, the rooms are pretty small. I was told that I could upgrade to a honeymoon suite which would cost extra. Had I known they only had four person rooms I would have stayed somewhere else.
  The room initially smelled as if someone recently used the toilet, but the smell did clear after a couple of hours.
  The room was in good shape, clean and there is breakfast included. Further I appreciate the military discount. These four things kept my rating from falling below three stars.
