We paid a premium for this room but there were no others available so we took it. The room was lovely and people were nice. Vending machine dispensed warm water. Elevator broke down but they fixed promptly. Breakfast was good.

Older Hampton. Clean rooms with white duvets. Fan for heat came off and on all night which was annoying. Breakfast was decent, but serving room very small.

Check in: easy due to having the capability to check in with phone and key on phone.

Room: spacious, fridge, microwave, towels, bed was comfortable, plethora of pillows.

Breakfast: waffle maker, hot coffee, variety of eggs, bacon and little bagel breakfast things. Lots more but it was a very good breakfast.

Close by food: McDonald’s, Cracker Barrel, Mexican restaurant (walking distance(, Franklin steakhouse (walking distance)

Walmart within 2-3 miles

Overall great experience and would come back

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this hotel. The Queen size bed was perfect for the hubby and I and my mother in law enjoyed one alone. The comforter on the bed was breath taking and very heavy. I wish I knew where they purchased it so I could get the price as I would love to have one. The coffee was in the room and lotion and shampoo w/conditioner. The one thing missing in the room was the lock on the bathroom door. They forgot to install the latch so we used the bathroom trash can to hold it closed. We checked in at 3:20am and the rep informed me they were updating the system so she needed to write down my DL and credit card along with my phone number. Of course I am cancelling this card tomorrow once the charge post however , they has to be a better way to check in when the system is updating. This didn't stop us from staying at one of our favorite hotels. We are Hilton honors members and I love it. Stop by for a nice hot meal before leaving, plenty to eat and lots of good food

The staff is very nice here, but that's really all the good things I can say about the hotel. It smelled very, very bad in the hallways and in the room - like mildew and garbage. We moved our comforter on the bed and a silverfish bug came running across the bed. When we went to the elevator later that day there was a used shower curtain and used towels sitting in the elevator. I would definitely not recommend a night here until they are able to clean some things up!

The room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The thing that could have been better was the breakfast. It was complimentary, but just not as good as others I have had.

Room clean. Beds incredibly comfortable. Polite and very helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast but items such as pastries and cut fruit could be better.

Front desk staff had no signs of Hampton Inn on their person. One of the young men at the front desk had a ball hat turned around backwards. Was not greeted as an Honors member, given any direction to wifi or breakfast hours. The rooms (I reserved 2) were clean and adequate. I stay at Hilton hotels over 50 times annually and this, being an older hotel, is a pretty good deal for its age.

If I could, I would give 3.5 stars. Cleaning and loud talking started outside our room at 9 am. So no sleeping in on vacation. No naps later in day for same reason. Then when we did check out at 11 the last day, the halls are still congested with cleaning carts. At least the place was clean! Breakfast was standard, but good.
Staff was nice.

I stay at many Hampton Inn's and this one is a nice cozy place. The rooms are very nice and the amenities are great. A warm breakfast awaits each morning and the staff are very friendly. It's a place to stay if your visiting southern Kentucky and also have plans to venture into Nashville.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and good hot breakfast. Quiet rooms, lots of TV channels including all the premium ones. Close to highway and restaurants.
