The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. It is quiet. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very efficient and polite.

I GIVE THEM 5 STARS..10 IF I COULD!! VERY CLEAN!! STAFF ARE WONDERFUL!! HUBBY AND I ALWAYS STAY HERE! WOULDN'T THINK OF STAYING ANY OTHER PLACE!!!

Our vehicle broke down and we had to spend the night. A local garage took car of repairs but we were without a vehicle until about 2:00. The hotel graciously allowed us to extend our stay until this time. The room was clean, pillows amazing, breakfast was great and we could walk to other local restaurants for lunch. Would highly recommend!

Our stay here was fantastic. The hotel was spotless. The pool area was very clean as well. The data was friendly and helpful. There was fruit and coffee in the lobby all the time. Cookies were put out at 6 pm. Breakfast in the morning was summer fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bacon and eggs, etc. I would stay here again!

We hit bumper to bumper traffic on our way home to Cleveland from New Jersey and decided we were just too tired to keep going. A quick search lead us to the Hampton Inn and we loved it! The room was so clean, new and spacious. They had snacks and drinks for their guests from 6 to 8pm. The pool was a great way to relax after a long car ride and our kiddo loved it. The breakfast was delicious! Some of the best home fries I've had in a while. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar was available 24 hours.
Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!response / report this review -

There are a lot of Restaurants close. Liked the rate here. Rooms were updated & clean but smaller than average. Still fully accommodating. Fridge, comfortable King bed, desk w chair, love seat. Didn't have a luggage rack. Liked the proximity cards for entry. Typical hotel breakfast, fresh fruit, muffins, cereal, etc.

Went in to check out my room and it smelt like a LITERAL ASHTRAY, like someone dumped ashes in the air vent. It was disgusting so strong I had to leave, and it was very dark and uncomfortable, won't ever be staying here ever again, not to mention they messed up on the reservation and gave me a king bed room instead of a double room. -.-

The hotel staff was friendly and the common area bright and comfortable, but the room really left a lot to be desired. There was a pervasive mildew smell in both the bedroom and bathroom, and the lights dim with a bluish tone. The breakfast in the morning was standard but fresh. Ample parking and great rate.

Super accommodating and friendly!! We're from New York and wasn't expecting the overt kindness and happy faces all around. They even gave us a free upgrade to the largest room in the hotel just to make sure we were super comfortable. God bless this hotel!

I always stay in the Dubois Hampton Inn when passing through. Always nice. The hotel is pretty new. The pool is always clean. Breakfast is free and still good.

Would have been 5 stars, but for 1 important thing. The refrigerator in the room was the loudest, whiniest sounding fridge I've ever heard, even in a hotel. We had to unplug it to sleep, it was so loud. Otherwise, great place to stay, good beds and facilities.
