  Overall, average to above average selection of furniture. Sales staff is somewhat helpful but extremely rude and unqualified.

  Visited store today with my mother, Art, and his co-workers were very rude and not interested in making a sale. I'm my humble opinion, don't waste your time or money.

  Went to buy a chair during posted business hours. I was refused entry due to annual private sale requiring personalized private invitation. Shockingly, I was told to come back at a later date/time; business must be booming if you refuse a serious buyer.

  Agreed on the sales staff being utterly rude and unsympathetic. They have lost thousands of dollars in future sales due to (rudely) refusing to repair a minor problem with a painting. High end products. Low end customer care.
