Great diverse selection of stores and restaurants! I was Christmas shoppingit was understandably pretty crowded. I surprisingly didn't have to wait in line as long as I expected to, so that was a plus! Lots of parking lot traffic, but I survived! Kudos to you Hamilton Place Mall!

It's a nice mall. The traffic out of there can be brutal though. The path back to the interstate isn't obvious and there are no stoplights but only stop signs to direct the masses. That's probably my only real complaint. Getting in is easy but out is difficult.

The mall is surrounded by numerous restaurants and other shopping opportunities. But the traffic is rough around the mall as well and road planning wasn't well carried out so the layout isn't intuitive nor does it handle traffic efficiently.

Good selection of stores and a pleasant shopping experience, thanks to the Southern charm.

Other shopping malls in big cities like Miami or Tampa are frequented by hordes of rude, obnoxious low class and, let's face it, ugly people who just don't deserve to live in a free country. You certainly don't want to frequent those malls with your family.

This mall was such a breath of fresh air. People were polite, they spoke English, the girls are mostly attractive, you know it's just a very pleasant environment by comparison. Hopefully, security and law enforcement will continue doing their part to keep the riff raff out. Because, let's face it, there's an obvious correlation between how much a city goes down hill and how many undisciplined scum bags are allowed to live in it without having to follow the rules that apply to the rest of us.

I'm sure this mall has other positive aspects but, come on, it's not the number of public restrooms or the floor tiles that set the local ghetto mall apart from the local nice mall.

Hamilton Place is a great mall in a nice location. They're continuously adding new stores, like H&M! The food court is alright, but the true gem of the mall is the Barnes & Noble. It's neat that it's connected to the mall so you can enter in through B&N and smell Starbucks coffee. It's really festive during the holidays as well! It's also surrounded by many restaurants.

With over 400 retail outlets, one should find anything they are looking for, from sporting goods to formal wear, it is there. Eateries to provide satisfaction to any cravings. Easy entry and exit, adjacent to I75. The caveat to this is holiday shopping, can be rather crowded. I guess everyone knows a good place.

A mall with many varieties of products for many types of people. Simply put it is a decent place to shop. Just expect to make a nice long trek and to spend a bit of dough. Cleanliness is so so and so is the atmosphere. But it gets the job done if you are looking for a place to walk around aimlessly.

Beautiful mall with a nice selection of stores. The bathrooms are always pretty clean and I haven't had any problems with staff. The busiest times are holidays and weekends but it's never too hard to find parking. My favorite stores are Earthbound, Hallmark, and Barnes and Noble, so if you're around you should definitely check them out! There's also a great sushi place in the food court. Everything is fresh made and the bubble tea is delicious. Would definitely recommend coming here.

The mall and it's facilities are kept very clean! The only downside is that even on the weekends that mall closes early. They offer a wide variety of stores and restaurants. They have a couple of inside play places for children to run and play. They offer plenty of options for handicapped/disabled people to get around. The mall staff in general are very friendly and approachable when needing information about where something is located.

They do not care about the safety of the Shoppers if they did they would make sure that every single entrance and stop sign showed a no guns policy sign however the only signs exist on the main entrances and on stop signs that you encounter only while leaving the mall I have brought this up to local police, the head of Mall security, and the managers of the retail stores inside the mall after 6 months nothing has happened.. shootings occur left and right at this place due to gang activity and everything, apparently they don't care about altering their tactics. Either allow CCP holders to carry or post properly before an innocent person gets arrested for carrying legally just to feel protected.

This mall has really declined over the last decade. Stores stop selling what you need you buy online. Most major retail stores are or will be gone. Mostly novilty shops now. Stuff looks dated. Stores around the mall have better choices. The parking lot has turned into a maze especially on the back side with those circle through intersections. Locals may be used to it but out of town folks watch out!

We visited on Sunday afternoon and walked through after lunch at Red Robin. The stores were not busy and the anchor department stores were confusing. There were various entrances to the small stores. Difficult for a first time shopper.

It was nice to see an indoor play area for preschool kids. Unfortunately it is not monitored and school kids around 8 or 10 years old we're running and jumping over and between the small children. Parents were there but the parent of the older kids ignored the signs and hight restrictions. It is very dangerous for small children, despite being designed for them.

Nice, clean mall with good options for shopping. Love people's socks in Chattanooga! (See photo of my boyfriend) Decent food court, but they have allowed people with loud toys to set up in the kiosks near the tables. Nothing like the sounds of small dogs barking throughout your meal to make you happy to leave.

Also the Wheelchair rental is very far from various entrances and they only have one rental location. If you are needing one, check the map on where to park. You must give your keys or license, as well as your name for the free rental.
