    The salesman, Chip Leatherman, was attentive and helpful, but not overbearing. Ashley in Finance clearly explained financing and warranty options, and helped us make an informed decision. This is our second purchase at Hamilton Nissan, and we will come back again!

    I first made an inquiry online about my vehicle with Lindsay. She was very helpful with letting me know the hours of the dealership so I could come in and test drive a vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Adam was wonderful. My previous car buying experience wasn't pleasant but this time, it was great! Adam listened to my concerns and was very patient. He explained every step of the process and answered all the questions I had. I am very happy with my vehicle and plan to have it serviced at Hamilton.

    This was my first buying experience with Hamilton Nissan and it was excellent. I was treated with respect and courtesy by Dwain, Preston and Dustin. They were able to explain all of my buying/ financing options to allow me to make a better informed decision. I was impressed by how quick the whole process was. I will certainly be returning to Hamilton in the future.

    My husband was a given a company car, so we no longer needed an extra car. Hamilton Nissan worked hard to to get us the best deal for our 2015 Corolla and our 2012 Rogue which we still owed payments on. The salesman worked to find us a new car to fit our price range and pressed to get the best and cost effective option, which was a beautiful Altima. I am a third time buyer at Hamilton, and will use their services again.

    Fantastic dealership! I was very impressed by our dealer Adam and even the sales manager Preston. Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicles were interested in. We reached out to the store earlier that morning, and when we arrived they already had the two SUV’s we were most interested in pulled up to the front. They also have a gated playground for children, and even though it was chilly out, it was great to let our kids run around for a bit. I highly recommend going here! Wonderful staff, store and amazing deals and cars in stock!

    Terrible customer service at both this location and their sister store Hamilton Hyundai. The dealership for life is a scam. They have the same maintenance requirements and do the same work, but Nissan charges 100 dollars more for the same exact thing! When asked about the difference in work, they just blew me off by feigning ignorance or telling me to "accept it or go somewhere else" followed by a hang up on me. Then what happens to the lifetime engine warranty? I tried talking to "Charlie Hamilton" but he never responded to voicemails and is always busy. Terrible way to treat customers that bought 2 vehicles from you. I intend to tell everyone I can how much of a scam this is. $260 for changing the air filter and running injector cleaner through the tank!!! I guess the supposed learning experience Hamilton responds to everyone who reviews them is just another lie because all I see is a very strong trend and common business practice by bad people. By all means, Hamilton, tell me how sorry you are and then not do anything to help fix this.

    Oh let's not forget them trying to charge me for running A.C. diagnostics even after I had already bad it done and knew I needed a new compressor. $160 for something i had already told them to do! How is that not robbery??

    Have had collision service done on my car twice. Also get my oil changes done there at half off. Good with process and making sure I have all the info I need before and during as well as following up. Considering now getting a car from them. Decent dealership. Love the coffee machine in the lounge lol

    Very helpful! I worked with Alvin, I had a lot of questions regarding my car situation and he was very helpful and patient, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things I didn't even know were possible and even thought I didn't purchase a vehicle form them the day I went they really earned my business for the future when I can proceed with trading in my car.     I hardly ever write reviews but after my experience at Hamilton Nissan today, I thought it was important to give another huge THANK YOU to their team. Due to my work commute, I trade in cars with higher miles frequently. I've purchased vehicles from most of the dealers in this area and I must say, today was the easiest, most stress-free trade and purchase I have ever encountered. Our salesman, Reggie, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us on the deal. The price of the new vehicle was fantastic and the trade-in value was very strong. After spending a full day at 2 other dealerships, Reggie finalized my deal with financing and had us driving off the lot in the new vehicle in less than 3 hours. I appreciate the respect for our time and being able to skip the long back-and-forth negotiations that other dealers tend to do. I will definitely be back!

    My Wife Doesn't want to bring her car to Hamilton Nissan anymore for service. She bought a new rogue 2012 . Don't get the engine guarantee for life it's a rip off. After you get all the service that they want you to buy you could buy a new motor . They tell us we need a new air cleaner we purchased a new air cleaner the next service they said we needed another new one. I said let's go outside take a look it was perfectly clean. .They said we needed new brakes so I went and got new brakes installed by a friend of mine on a Wednesday took the car Saturday for a oil change they said that my brakes were in the yellow. WOW. They told us we needed a valve cover gasket practically begged me for the work took it to my friend he said there was no way it was leaking. We have the lifetime oil change for free my wife does not even wanna go there anymore .Watch your wallets.

    They kept our car for a week and a half before diagnosing it. Then released our car to a family member who has mental issues and doesn't live with us and provided no proof of ownership! After all of that drama, the owner, Derek called us back (to resolve the mess I foolishly thought) and he was incredibly rude to us! Aside from this horrendous incident, they've always been very slow with service in the past. Obscenely overpriced labor costs. Overall, I wish we hadn't bought our vehicle here. I certainly regret returning to service it there. I would have been better off anywhere else

    We were coming through the area on first day of vacation and had a significant issue on a vehicle we purchased at a Nissan dealership near our home. Naturally it occurred late on a Friday afternoon. The team at Hamilton Nissan could not have been for empathetic, courteous and professional. What should have been a couple of days to repair was worked on and completed so that we could continue on our vacation that same day. Hamilton Nissan went above a beyond to provide exceptional customer service while making our family, including our dog Charlie, feel right at home. Hamilton is a top notch dealership from top to bottom!! Many thanks

    Great place to buy a car! I met Ryan and he was wonderful. I had a great experience there between their clean dealership, the playground on site for the kids, and the snacks they offer. They have set up the dealership properly, especially knowing most people come in with their kids. Takes a lot of stress away from the parents in a stressful car buying time. The management and sales staff were great. My daughter got the cutest stuff pig and a hat when we drove off in our new/used car. Their prices are great and I am so thankful for them. I drove from Warrenton, VA to find my perfect vehicle. Thank you guys! I will be back when the next vehicle is needed.

    Used to my favorite place for an oil change.
    Takes a minimum of 2 hours. Used to wash your car with service. Not anymore.
    Still have Krumpie doughnuts if you get there early.
    Going to use a quick lube place from now on.
    Time wasted cannot be a fruitful venture ....

    I have been a Hamilton Nissan customer since 2013 when I traded my car in for a Rogue. I absolutely love my Rogue, but am very disappointed in the service department. My first problem was when I had to get new tires after a little over 25,000 miles. I was told by one of the service department employees that it was because "they buy the tires for the new vehicles in bulk and it is a cheap tire". This last time I was told the technician recommended my air filter be replaced because it was black and not supposed to be black and also my rotors needed resurfaced & new back brakes(40,000 miles). I was quoted over $200 for all that work. I declined the work and followed up with my mechanic from home and the air filter was not black as they had stated and my rear rotors were smooth and I had almost half of the pad left on my back brakes. Very disappointed that I was almost taken for over $200 for services that were not needed yet.

    Since writing the review have received a call from the General Manager and also one of the owners of Hamilton Nissan who both stated they take my concern about the subpar service I had received very seriously and will be having further training with the involved service member. Glad that the company did not just blow off my review and listened with open ears to hopefully improve.

    Honest service. Easy to schedule appointments. Love their dealership for life program. Free oil changes, tire rotation and car washes for as libs as you own the car.

    My husband bought me a 2006 Dodge Charger last year. I have had to have it towed back repeatedly for problems with my car. First time we had it towed 3 times in one week. Now it has to be towed again because the steering wheel is completely not working. It will start up, but the steering wheel will not move at all. When I took it out n yesterday for a oil change they did not check my transmission oil. I am so unhappy it is not even funny. I love my Charger. I am having it towed to another body shop. Will never buy from them again
