Good food and friendly staff. Reasonabke prices. They also hold regular events which make dining entertaining.

We have been dining at Hams off and on for years. Their service and food quality has not been consistent enough keep them on my list of restaurants I would like to dine at on a regular basis.
Since their renovations I thought I would give them another try. The first 3 visits were great! We normally sit at the bar, and the bartender Noelle was awesome! Attentive, friendly, and the food was really good.
During the last 3 visits, I’m sad to say was piss poor, we had a different bartender and she was rude, had a piss poor attitude and lazy to be a bartender. Didn’t want to do more then necessary. Wouldn’t give out tickets for items when ordered, because it was too much trouble, until drawing time, really.
Three strikes your out! Again the food was poor quality, slapped together, cold, not as ordered, she knew this and brought it out to us anyway. Never saw a chicken wrap, made with 2 tortillas that look like two balls on a plate, my daughters sandwich had enough grease from the bacon on it that it soaked through the bread, the wax paper and dripped onto the bar, my sandwich was a sloppy mess, there was so much sauce on the fried chicken that the bread was soaked, the chicken was cold, all the fries on the plates were cold and not even cooked through, grease dripped off of them, Gross!! We won’t be back unless Noelle is back as bartender. No food! If no other bartender is behind the bar we will not be back for a longtime it’s not worth our time or money otherwise.

Waitress brought appetizers that were delish but 2 seconds later the meal ??????? Please give customers a chance to eat that first, then the meal should arrive. Rushing is not a good meal.!! You would think you'd want people to enjoy the lovely food you serve instead of making them feel Hurry Up and leave !! Great food ! Very nice waitress.

This was our first time trying the restaurant. The staff was friendly but that's the only nice thing I have to say. All of our food was cold and it took about 25 minutes to come out of the kitchen. They weren't busy so there was no reason for the delay. We were offered for one of the cold meals to be replaced which we didn't accept because we didn't want another long wait. In the end we still paid for all 3 cold meals at full price. Not a good experience.

Didn't get my money worth.. the chips was hard as hell.. the full rack of ribs look more like a half rack of ribs.. the music was way to loud, u couldn't hear nothing.. the tea didn't have no sugar in it.. we was better off going somewhere else.. this was my 1st and last time going here!

The only two Ham's I knew of closed down years ago, so when we went by this place while on vacation we had to stop. The food was just as I remembered, fantastic. The service was also great.

The restaurant however looked outdated and rundown. The bathroom looked post apocalyptic and nasty. Not sure if they're just letting it waste away knowing eventually the company is going under or what. hopefully it doesn't, because the food is great.

When we came in and sat down, the waitress told us the lunch which sounded great, as I didn't want to take all day revwing a long menu- It was delicious, and she saved us the long menu slog- thats great service to me!!

Good was ok. Not for what you pay.. Wait staff only cared about the regulars. If your in this this town just go to outback or steaks on the square and get what you pay for.

Had to wait over an hour for food. Servers were not god awful (but close) it took another hour to get our checks. We came in with a bunch of people AS SEPARATE PARTIES (my particular group was 3) and we got charged with 18% gratuity because we were "included" with the rest of the people that were there which is insanely ludicrous. And management would not waive the fee standing her ground saying we were still considered a party of 6 or more. We are very generous tippers so if they want to charge us 18% on a $40 bill, they can keep the 6 dollars instead of the 10 they would've gotten in tips. Overall, in my opinion, food was 3/5, service was around 2/5, and management gets a 1/5 for poor customer service.
