  Whitney, Jen, and Halo staff are all so incredibly talented, they are able to book me into an appointment with relatively short notice, and I get compliments on my highlights all of the time. I have been seeing Whitney personally for 10 years, have used Halo's services for my own wedding party and two other friend's wedding parties and have been more than thrilled with each and every experience. 5 out of 5 stars every day of the week!

  I wouldn't trust anyone but Jen or one of her staff with my hair! I always get so many compliments on my highlights.

  I have followed Whitney from 2 previous salons and now to one she owns. She is the BEST!!!! I will never have anyone else cut or style my hair. I have gone through several different hair styles and she has never steered me in the wrong direction. I have even moved out of town (I now live in Lackawanna) and still come to Kemore to have my hair cut by Whitney. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. If you are looking for the best then Halo is the place for you.
