  Sam absolutely destroyed my hair. The color was not even close to what I asked for. I asked for very light, long layers. She cut off a huge chunk (5 inches) on my right side. The cut is choppy and uneven. She was texting on her phone the whole time and was obviously distracted. I once had my hair cut by a friend when I was 16. It was horrible. My friend did a better job than the cut I got by Sam. It is going to take a couple years for this to be repaired.
  
  I came in a showed the manager what Sam did to my hair. She was rude and refused to refund my money and insisted I allow them to redo it. Then she suggested that I allow Sam to fix my hair. After I refused, another stylist fixed my hair and did what she could.
  
  Completely dissatisfied with the service, will never go back.

  Great salon. Everyone is friendly. Rachel has been doing my hair for years and I get lots of compliments.

  they do not know how to straighten hair right, and thats the nicest way i can put it. I paid $47 for absolute crap. i will not be coming back.
