Enjoyed the experience but turns out insurance was out of network. Feel lied to but it happens. Make sure this is in-network before becoming a new customer.

I went to Hagen Dental and let me tell you God is Good. He knows I am never at ease about the dentist. I went here they were all so nice and friendly. The Hygienist that took me in the room sat and talked to me we talked about kids siblings laughing. I could go on about them. The X-ray tech was very good and gentle she told me everything she was doing while she was working . And The Dentist very nice and gentle . Then billing he was also nice I paid him with a smile numb and all 😂😂 I couldn’t believe how caring they all were. And they were all in Bengals gear. I’m so happy I found them. A wonderful Team and very nice. Thank You my new Dental Family.

The staff is all attentive, talented, and well equipped! The experience here has been both affordable and easy, and there's always a great deal of care to minimize any pain or discomfort. The front desk staff is also very accommodating and always on top of their game.

I only have good things to say about Dr. Hagen's office. Everybody that works at this office is so kind and friendly. I actually look forward to seeing the dentist, that's how comfortable I feel when going for my scheduled visits. Dr. Hagen is the first dentist in my life that has made my mouth perfectly healthy. I now have years of good check-ups without any need for any dental repair. My teeth cleanings are fun and pain-free. The casual conversation with everybody is fun and I'm almost sad to leave when my 6-month checkup is over. Thanks to everybody that works at this office and thanks to you Dr. Hagen.
