Its a nice place to shop but when the public gives you something for free don't ask a high price for it. Hello.

The last time I went in was about a year ago & due to horrible customer service, I left. Today, I saw a couple of bar stools I wanted to shabby up, so I stopped. They were a bit unstable, but that's fixable. However, they were a set & had $20 price tags on each. I walked in and saw a woman rummaging through stuff. She didn't acknowledge my presence at all, I assumed she was another customer.I walked around, then finally asked if she worked here. She didn't even look up, she just said,"yeah.do you need something?" I replied,"yes, I was wondering about the bar stools out front.are they $20 eac" & was then cut off by a Very annoyed sounding," yes they're $20 each.it's that ok with you?" I just walked out at that point. I would have paid the $40 for the set had she been even half decent, but it was bad. Then I called trying to get a number for the director, she of course answered & wouldn't give me contact info, but took my name & number.I'm not holding my breath for a call back, but I did ask for her name & she danced around giving it to me, but I just kept letting her finish her very rude spill, then asked for it again. She finally said her name was Mary. Well Mary, your level of rudness isn't going to get you guys any business, especially when asking $40 for 20+yo bar stools. I highly suggest some customer service training or just manner coaching in general. This was by far the rudest I have ever been treated by someone working in the customer service industry. I will not go back to this store, and that's a shame. This is a non-profit organization, and people are being turned off by rude employees.

Was not impressed. I understand things are donated, although I felt like every thing needed to be cleaned really well. It was also a bit pricey for a second hand store.

The owners is very unfriendly and rude. She acts as if you are trying to steal something. The other staff that work there are awesome. They are the only reason I keep going back. They get some awesome stuff in there placed at fairly decent prices. Today I saw some LED lights for $15, that normally cost $100 at Home Depot. There were about 3 or 4 of them and they were still in the box. There were some really beautiful hanging lights I would have bought but I had no use for them. They looked better then anything I saw at Lowes or Home Depot. The doors and windows were also in good shape and very useful.
