Had a not so great experience here. Not to sure why but after my first appointment i had 3 "correction appointments" and my hair was continually messed up until it was breaking off and almost dead. Would recommend Wal-Mart over this salon. Wal-Mart got it right the first time and did a free conditioning treatment :)

The ambiance was friendly, warm, and inviting. All the staff I encountered from front desk on were accommodating. It was easy to make a last minute appointment. And there is a big variety of service. What more could you want!!

Came in for shellac mani. Nail technician was very sweet but did not clean up my cuticles and the way she filed my nails left them uneven and oddly shaped. I've gotten my nails done here before and it's always been a great experience, although pricey. After this experience however, I will not return.

Lydia does a perfect job on my hair every time, she is very good at listening to what I want, & it is extremely affordable. Best hair service I've found in the Kalamazoo area.

Meagan did my shellac manicure today. I just moved up from Orlando and was pleased to see such an amazing salon! They pamper you from the moment you walk in the door! The prices were a little more than I expected, but considering the atmosphere and friendliness of everybody there, it was worth every penny. Thank you so much and I'll see you in 3 weeks!
