I would highly recommend H2O away. From the beginning, the whole team (Josh, Taylor and Samantha) were extremely professional, reasonably priced for people that pay out of pocket and transparent with line items. They are always available to answer questions with a very clear communication regarding project specifics along the way. The team are also great consultants and liaisons for communicating with insurance companies. We really appreciate the excellent service and experience with working with this company.

The staff at H2O are amazing to work with. They are very professional and do quality work. We had a great experience from Samantha on the phone to Taylor the project manager. Josh and his crew did an amazing job as well. I feel confident that the mold in our attic is now gone. We wish this company could do all of our renovation work. Everyone we worked with at H20AWAY from the owner, office staff, and the technicians were professional, prompt, and communicative. They answered all our questions. They took care to protect all areas of our home. Texted when they were on their way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a water mitigation company.

This company is a breath of fresh air when dealing with mitigation/insurance loss on your home. We had a water leak in our kitchen and were refered to them, they answered the phone (always a plus) and came out immediately, broke down their entire process, and stuck to it. They are a preferred vendor with our homeowners insurance and were very professional, and stayed in communication. Will always recommend them in the future for anyone with flood/water damage.

I cannot say enough good things about H20 Away! They made time for me the day I called to report the issue. The communication from everyone -- office to crew -- was phenomenal. Every step of the process was easy for me. Water damage (especially plumbing issues) are stressful, and everyone at H20 made the process as stress free as possible. If you find yourself in the middle of a water mess, you can't go wrong! Thank you all for your kindness and a great job!
