Super great spot to see some gators! Nice, clean park with a wonderful boardwalk to see the wildlife. We walked up and saw an alligator sunning right near the walk.

Stopped hoping to see gators close up. Sure enough we did. Although not many and it might have been the time of day was not good for a lot a gators. By the way there is a bathroom just be aware that it is "outhouse" style. The park is a worth while stop and easy access for viewing natural Florida.

The park is small and they had restrooms. There were a few picnic tables and you can see crocodiles swimming in a creek.

Small but nice Park. Saw here most wildlife of the Everglades together in one spot. A alligator swimming with a Turtle and some birds, 20 m from my car.

A roadside picnic area with a view of a fresh water river that contained alligators big and small, and many many colorful fish. Mesmerizing fun!

I had parked here at night looking at the stars. Big gators in the water near the boardwalk. I would be honest i would not suggest doing this at night. Big Cypress National Preserve lets you view the stars

Free to the public. Easy to navigate. Plenty of areas to pull off and observe all of the alligators and other wildlife. Have fun here, just remember the gators are wild and faster than you think so don't get too close. Also they aren't the only dangerous wild animals in the area so keep your eyes peeled.

If you want to see wild alligators and are not interested in any services other than an outhouse, this is definitely the best spot to see alligators. We have been visiting here since the 1990's and there is always good alligator viewing from the boardwalk with no problem. Wheelchair accessible. Just a few yards past the boardwalk, for the brave only, is access to the waters edge, but beware! These gators will eat small kids and dogs, but they are right there within feet of you. It's fascinating.
