  Probably my favorite bagel shop on the UWS. Sometimes delivery can be slow but the bagels are great and they’re generous with the cream cheese.

  Horribly slow service. 20+ minutes for an egg sandwich when there isn’t even a crowd. It’s unfortunate because their bagels are decent and there aren’t many options in the area.

  Incredibly slow service, don't go if you have less than 20 min to wait for your order. Plenty of staff, none seemed to know how to do anything despite looking earnest. One guy was doing everything.

  This corner of the UWS was clearly missing a great bagel place - packed at 9:30 on Sunday morning. Fresh bagels kept coming. Staff was friendly and efficient to keep the long line moving.
