Rude judge- Wesley G. Person.
Legally looting with "speeding tickets" and are unwilling to talk/negotiate.. 60 on 45 and gave me a lecture on economics and how to speak publicly and how my driving impacts his insurance lol
Worst part is you can't even talk back to them even after being right.
The racism I just experienced today by Judge Jennifer Armstrong just hit me to the ore. Very painful. Why did the 3 people called before me with the exact same offense as I get a reduction in their ticket but me? The reason for the ticket was a mistake made by the insurance company. I wasn't even asked if the problem had been taken care off like the other people. By the way, the problem was resolved that same day. I even canceled clinic, seeing patients, to take care of it. I'm hurt
January second I come to court with respect to the court and the judge, this is my first time to court, but I feel very disappointed. I don't want to define a person by the color of his skin, but I deeply feel the discrimination brought by the color of his skin. If it happens in life, I will forget it, but I think the court is at least a fair and just place when it is my turn to appear in court .The judge will give people a chance to explain why and how to pay the fine but in my case, he refused to give me a chance to explain my situation. My sister had a heart attack and she was at home with her one-year-old child. Of course, I know speeding is wrong, but I am very worried. I want to ask the judge what would you do if the same situation happened to you? I will continue to complain until I am treated as a racist who gives voice to all people of your skin color.
For Wesley G. Person Judge
Today I called to make a payment in order to close my case and get my FTA release form faxed and Jahonna had so much patience with me she waited until i was finished with processing my payment online she gave me detailed answers to all of my questions and had a very pleasant attitude doing it. She is the epitome of what grade A customer service looks like please promote her immediately!!!
they're good they should be I'm not actually going here I'm taking a client appear for court employees and workers keep on doing a good job and keeping people safe
Called around 5 or more times with no success in what I was calling for. First 3 times or so held for someone to answer the phone in total of about 2.5 to 3 hours. Several occasions it sounded like someone picked up and immediately hung up. After many failed attempts someone finally answers the phone to say the systems down and they can't take payments online neither over the phone with someone laughing and giggling in the background 🙄🙄 which I think is unprofessional. Great way to spend people's tax dollars though I guess🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
Respect & kindness go a long way. That said, dealing with the law can be stressful in itself, especially in our social climate were it has proven to be a hot topic with mixed emotions. Nobody wants to deal with citations and be met with discourtesy staff. I was anticipating an environment of disgruntled workers, people on edge, disarray, and an overall agonizing process- however, surprisingly the process seemed to be well organized(efficient), clerks were pleasant(shocking) and I was in and out! Their professionalism alleviated a lot of my anxiety going into the building on top of the reason why I was there. In my profession I strive to be an example. In my life I strive to be a conscious hueman being. The process was painless and everyone I encountered was kind. I appreciated that so much!
Nice facility, staff were pleasant and easy to work with. The process was quick.
Intrusive. Defensive window service clerk should be required to take training from GC tag renewal personnel. Unexplained options too late to make a difference. Expectations for integrity at rock bottom. Lack of explanation yields no confidence in system and provides clues that this bunch can't be trusted. Drab gray building exterior matches drab gray people inside. Hassle defined and personified.
The officers up front are always really nice. Clean facilities. Strict courtroom rules!
