Unable to get appointments that were needed at Tyndall; and the Gulf County Health Department was able to accommodate our family very quickly and professionally. We were very thankful to have this option when our son needed to be seen with short notice. Everyone was very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. It was a nice break from military healthcare.

Completely ignored my reason for visit, charged me for procedure that I didn't want or need. When I contacted clinic manager was basically disregarded. My next step is to file a complaint with the state.

Went in to see if my insurance could be accepted there the reseptionest was VERY VERY rude I didn't know she was"on lunch" BC she was "ON THE PHONE!" I was trying to be nice and wait told her I just had a question she asked me what my question was I showed her the paper she RUDELY took it from me with an attitude I will NEVER go there again! Unless you get a different reseptionist!! This was for the dental part just to be clear!

Scheduled an appointment in the dentist's office for my son, was told the wrong time. My child missed school and was refused to be seen that day, not to mention the eye rolls and rude behavior from the dental receptionist. The following week, the same thing, except in the clinic. I scheduled an appointment for my son and was given the wrong day to come. Again, he missed school for no reason. I will never attempt to make an appointment there again.
