Jim Dame (Owner) became a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist first in Georgia in 1982. In 1984, he became licensed in Florida and worked for various companies around the state before purchasing his own practice and opened our first office in Panama City. In 2007, we opened our second office in Mary Esther, now in Ft. Walton Beach, which is managed by Tim Smith who has been licensed since 2006. In 2014, we opened our third office in Niceville, which is managed by Leslie Smith, who has been licensed since 2013 and Kaitlyn Locke, who has been licensed since 2016.
