Lovely beach. Each room has partial ocean view. Short walk to beach. Screened porches on lower floor are nice touch. Clean grounds. Good value. My family has reunion here every year but book 8 months early if a large group making plans.

We stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back again! It was very covenant and close to the beach and easy with all the kids we had.

My husband and I have been vacationing at the Gulf Beach Resort for 3 years now. We absolutely love it. We always rent room 205 it has a great size kitchen, rest room and the bed is super comfortable. We love the location, it's about a 10 minute walk to the St. Armand's Circle, if that. The beach is clean and quiet, not crowded. The Resort is always clean, inside and outside.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We have always been taken good care of by Teresa Bedwell. She's an asset to Gulf Beach Resort. Teresa is always super friendly and takes the time to answer all of our questions. She's also very prompt in responding our emails.

The Gulf Beach Resort is a quaint little historic gem to stay at. Our place to stay while visiting Lido Beach.

No beach towels, pool not chlorinated. Had good beach access, if you are over 5'6" you have to sit sideways on toilet as knees go into side of vanity, come prepared with everything as front desk offers nothing. Did have laundry, I e machine on site. Get what you pay for.

Very family friendly cute resort. Located directly on the beach. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was a little dated but the bathroom had been recently remodeled. Loved all the fun beachy decor. Would definitely recommend again.

Everything is great, customer service is 100% from the front desk to house keeping just amazing. I will be clear , if you are looking for a relaxing laid back family oriented atmosphere, this is the place to be. Staff here politely asked some guests that got a bit loud to quiet down and so they did. It's exactly what I wanted for this vacation. Didn't run into any problems with parking. Only a mile away from the shopping circle that you can easily walk to on or off along the beach. Everything here is kept up clean and well maintained while also maintaining its historical touch. Our room was fully stocked with just about everything we would need such as eating utensils, plates, cookware, dish soap/wash rag, coffee maker, and upon request a blender.
