  All the Instructors were doing a free jam-session / demo in the front of the store. Some costumers got up and sang at one point. A lot more friendly than any Guitar Center I've been to.

  Ordered a brand new Jackson pro series soloist. The first one came in beat the hell up and missing parts. They were so embarrassed they got another one next day air. It's beautiful, the service was great and I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

  I love it when I go into a guitar store and patrons are testing out guitars in the showroom. Yeah, music happens here. Went in looking for a snare for a home made cajon. Found it easily on our own, though we were asked if we needed help. Was surprised to see manufactured cajons there and it was great to be able to see them and get ideas for our own.

  Usually busy with one ore two employees running the store, but well worth the wait. The prices are fair and the employees are always in a good mood.

  Haven't been to the store in person, but the online support is great. I inquired about a guitar I saw online, and Blake promptly wrote a very detailed response, complete with pictures. Great service!
