  I want to put this out there on behalf of my husband who owns Grose Appliance and does a lot of the work himself. Unlike the other used and new places around we try to keep the cost down by not having a lot of overhead which would drive our prices up for our used appliances so there are two of us that work here full-time that's it.

  If he doesn't call you back on the day you call and leave a message with me then please understand he is only one man who is out there doing the ...delivery that a customer just like you wanted, servicing an appliance that doesn't work for a customer just like you, and or he's getting a load of appliances to keep putting merchandise in the store that customers want.

  Please understand he is only one person and he cannot be everywhere at once and he will get back to you when he gets a chance. It may just be the next day.

  Just a F.Y.I if I deliver something to your home and cannot finish hooking a appliance because a faucet is leaking or a plug in isn't safe those issues are not my problem. If I tell you I wont hook it up to keep from doing damage to your house then its for your protection as well as mine. This is something that happened on my last delivery. The person came in and told me plumber had just checked all the plumbing in house, Well he should have noticed the screwed on shut off va...lve on your faucet. The screwed on part started leaking as soon as I turned it on. So shut off water and told tenant who happens to be landlords son needs fixed to keep from causing major damage. Landlord mom comes in and tells me I was wrong and plumber would prove it. Well I doubt he will but at least it will get fived and not leak all over the floor and wall and ruin that.
