Great food, atmosphere, and service. All the food is excellent though it is the one place that I actually order a salad for lunch because it is that good.

Wasn’t very impressed by any means. Everything was alright and the restaurant looks great but I would really like the place if their food stepped up a few notches. Well described in the menu but falls very short on the plate. I’ve had better soups and sandwiches at local bars for half the price. It’s not that the price is out of my range, it’s just the food doesn’t come close to justifying it.

Food is great, always a good time to be had when you goexcept the shepherds pie the only thing delicious in that was the pot roast that they used, Only thing of flavor in the pie.

Great atmosphere to brings or family. We visited on a busy Sunday afternoon. The servers were very friendly and accommodating.

Love going to Grinders! Have been going here for years. I've never had a bad meal yet. I get the steak and bacon grinder a lot. Their potato skins are great too. Be sure to try a piece of their pistachio pie. It was voted best pie in Stark County a year or so ago. It's delicious!! They have a huge menu to select from. That's the hardest part 😀

I had a strawberry chicken wrap, the chicken was very good as were the cinnamon walnuts, but it was all in all very bland :-( the fires were excellent! Our waitress was a little slow and busy talking to other ppl but she was ok otherwise!

Idk how this place gets good reviews. The cheap cut of meat they call a steak showed up rare. The sauce options were gross. Tea was not good at all. Ate better out of gas stations for 1/4 the price.

My favorite place for lunch, I've tried them all. Service is great and in a timely manner. Ask for Tina she does a wonderful job. but the entire staff does a good job! Delicious! Ken Loiselle

Stopped in on a Friday night & stood at the hostess stand for almost 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to greet us. Servers & counter employees didn't bother as they walked past us. When we finally got seated, we sat for another 15 minutes & never did get a server. When I seen a server come out from behind back, look over the station & walk back to the kitchen, we got up & walked out. You guys need to take a page from North Cantons book. They know how to serve their customers. You guys all need retrained in customer service.

Service was fine, the food was decent at best. The glasses were dirty. Even the cheese sticks tasted bland. I was not impressed, and will not be coming back.

Worst place to eat due to the service!!!!!!!! like I told the manager Shannon, u should never have to wait 27 minutes at the pie counter to pick up a to go order. Sadley Aiden the host was to busy wipeing down menus to grab my bag or ask me why I was waiting? Or if I was here to pick up an order! Not courteous or professional or friendly!i could see my to go bag that was sitting back on the counter The entire time, another server Kristian works their who is very disrespectful she waited on a customer beside me who came up to the counter after me and rudely didn't ask me if I was waited on or have been helped not to mention as I was standing for 27 min I had my 4 yr old in my arms the entire time which I eventually had to sit on the counter because he was getting heavy and impatient too, then to have to ask for my to go and to speak to the manager as well , when I took it home the entire 3 meals I ordered were cold I spent over 30dollars to get cold food and wait 26 min thanks for giving me a bad experience Kristian and aiden

I love their soups and pies. Cream of broccoli and luscious chocolate pie. If they only had it every time I went to town. UGH
