The folks at Grimes Insurance were fabulous to work with. They were personally interested in my needs and got me the coverage to fit my home. Pamela and her crew got me the best coverage for the best price!

The person who did my quote was great, we corresponded via email through multiple quotes which was convenient since we are a busy family and just moved. My only complaint is maybe a little more transparency on how the process works from quote to actually paying. I asked for a specific way to pay and it seems the person I asked didn’t communicate or it was a different department completely who handles the payments didn’t get the memo. In the end we are insured both house and cars so I can’t really be mad about it.
