Drs are very friendly and will answer any questions you have they will call you the next day to see how the animal is doing

With limited options for exotic pet care in the Charlotte area we are fortunate to have this great staff here to help. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an exotic pet.

Dr. E is the best vet I've ever taken my guinea pig to. Her and the vet tech staff are caring and compassionate for the animals. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very understanding. Her and the vet techs make the treatment, tests and the illness very easy to understand. The cost of every is upfront and honest. I will never take my small pets anywhere else. I've been to other area "exotic" vets but no has has been more helpful and than this one. Easy to make an appointment, no long wait and honest knowledgeable care. Highly recommend!

The best care for the type of animals they care for! They are very knowledgeable about the animals that come in to their facility. the techs and front desk, absolutely amazing! We only have had guinea pigs and when we heard about them and started to take them here, they fell in love with our pigs! Loved to hold them and very fast with non critical visits! They really look for all the possibilities to keep your bill down and know what's best for your babies! When your animals do pass they are very sympathetic, they take the time to send out a card with everyone who works there name on it. Truly amazing care, just the best!

Some of the most kind and knowledgeable veterinarians and vet techs I have ever met. They help me through a very sad time as I was losing my bearded dragon, Kurt Russell. Even though we may have lost him, I know they did everything within their power to help him. Unfortunately you cannot fight old age. Thank you Griffin Exotic, for everything. RIP Kurt Russell.

I called today and was able to get an appointment the same time. My blue tongue skink needed to be looked at due to mouth issues, and they were all super helpful. They went the extra mile for my baby, and I feel confident I'll return there if needed.

Dr.Griffin was incredible. He was very gentle with our little Jake and took time to thoroughly explain his condition. We didn't feel rushed or hurried. And the staff was incredible and very nice also!!! Instead we felt like he truly cared about our bird and his treatment. Wonderful experience

Thus little clinic is a great place. They go above and beyond your expectations. I wouldn't take my rats anywhere else. They even sent me a card in the mail when one of my rats passed. They're the best; compassionate, welcoming and straight forward.
