TERRIBLE the number is not to this location
Bus ticket informed us to arrive 1 hour prior to the departure time of 2 PM and we did so, expecting to load shortly after getting there. After waiting for an hour with no sign of the bus, I began to get anxious. I called customer service and was told that due to an issue, the bus will be delayed 1 hour and 30 minutes. I understand that things happen, but I don't think it's acceptable that we had absolutely no prior notice! They were also unable to provide us with an e-mail confirmation or evidence of the changed time the customer service rep simply told me that verbally informing me on the phone was all that she could do.
OFFICE IS CLOSED! How dare they sell a ticket to my daughter for this location, and all she gets is an email confirmation with her reference number so she can have it printed out BUT she gets there and the Office is CLOSED! She needed to get back home to NY and noone was around to help direct her to any other station. Other bus drivers ignored her. Customer service gave her the run around, then was able to get a bus for tomorrow. Seriously, you better fix your services for your customers! Horrible
There's a Greyhound bus stop available pick- ups and drop-offs, but there's an office with customer service is temporary unavailable. There's no need to bother coming there. No buying ticket sales at all cost. Everything is disconnected no need to contact. Since it's close, the there's no opportunities to come in side and buy anything from there. There's wooden sits next to it. break zone and waits. It has been shut down and close they even dissolved the telephone boxes. No bathrooms either. The taxi cabs are located in the parking garage next to Springfield Metro train.

can't say enough wonderful things about the whole experience. employees, ride, easy to find - just everything great
