We have known the Bruce family for some time, in fact we are friendly. You always get the straight story on your vehicle, they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. All auto repair is expensive, don't blame your mechanicunless you find they are charging well more than customary, but that's not the case here.

The science wizard here! I perform science shows all over the country and every once and a while my van decides to make the next destination a challenge.

After performing at the Baldwin City elementary schools I was worried about a sound the van has been making. I brought it to Gregg and he found what two other mechanics, in the past two weeks, couldn't find. I was headed to California and I would not have made it past Texas without my wheel flying off.

He found the root cause of my problem where the others only patched it. He also went out of his way to find a hotel for me and my assistant and gave us ride there too! The only place that had my part opened at 8am the next day.

Excellent customer service! This is how it's done!

VERY IMPRESSED WITH GREGG BRUCE AUTO REPAIR..I HAVE DEALT WITH MECHANIC SHOPS IN THE PASSED AND GREGG HAS CHANGED MY OPINION OF MECHANIC SHOPS.HE WAS HONEST ,HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE STEP BY STEP,AND THE COSTS OF ALL PROCEDURES.HE IS NOT THE GUY THAT TELLS YOU ONE PRICE AND HAMMERS YOU WITH A BIGGER BILL LATER.HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS SHOP.
