  At 125 square feet, it’s the smallest freestanding building in NYC. Owner Philip Mortillaro decorated the store’s façade with 10,000 keys. Why? To bring some art and individuality back to the Village.

  This locksmith's been operating out the smallest freestanding building in NYC for 3 decades. Chase bank offered him $2m for the bldg & he told them to take a walk.

  Super friendly, fast & convenient though perhaps a little expensive. They charged $4 to copy one standard house key.

  Phil and everyone here is amazing. They have those crazy imported Euro keys people wear as necklaces. #legit.
