Jeff Werbelow
BS Accounting, San Diego State - JD, Loyola Law School
Jeff has over 20 years of responsibility and expertise in all facets of real estate development and real estate law. Jeff has a Juris Doctor degree and spent the first years of his legal career working for a top-ten law firm in Honolulu specializing in Land Use and Real Estate law. In addition to his legal work, during his tenure at the law firm Jeff was also Committee Counsel for the Senate Consumer Protection Committee and The Judiciary of the House of Representatives for the State of Hawaii. Upon his arrival to Park City in 1998 Jeff parlayed his legal expertise into the field of real estate development. During the last twelve years Jeff has worked with and as a developer to acquire, entitle, construct, sell and manage several condominium hotel properties as well as creating one of the first Private Residence Clubs in Deer Valley and building a unique multi-unit housing project in Old Town, Park City.
Craig Elliott, AIA
B Arch, University of Kansas
Craig is principal of Elliott Workgroup Architecture, located in Park City, Utah. He is a practicing architect whose work includes housing, lodging, sports and mixed-use project types. Craig served as Director of AIA Utah from 2007 to 2008 and has donated his time to the local non-profit radio station KPCW since 1994, broadcasting live, local high school football games. His architectural practice has received recognition from institutions such as the American Institute of Architects, the Utah Housing Coalition and Envision Utah. He was also the recipient of an Honorable Mention in the 73rd Paris Prize in Architecture - Lloyd Warren Fellowship.
Patrick Putt
BS, Master of Arts, Northern Arizona University
Patrick Putt has been a practicing community planner for over 25 years working in a number of the Mountain West’s most rapidly changing communities including Flagstaff, Arizona; Sedona, Arizona; Breckenridge, Colorado; and most recently, Park City, Utah. He directed the Park City Planning Department from 1995 to 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City Planning and a Master of Arts degree in Public History from Northern Arizona University. Patrick is currently working working with Talisker - Canyons on a number of community development projects including the Canyons Resort Re-creation. He is also an auxiliary instructor at the University of Utah teaching in the Department of City and Metropolitan Planning where he teaches community planning processes and methods.
Sara Werbelow
BA History, UCSD - MBA, Chaminade University
Sara has worked in all facets of real estate including finance, statistics, property management, acquisitions, development and sales. Sara is a licensed real estate broker and a member of Park City’s Historic Preservation Board.
Emily Elliott, PSIA
BS Communications, Emerson College
Emily began her professional career in communications with positions at NBC, MTV and NW Ayer and has experience as an on-camera casting director in the advertising industry, film and national television. Since 1993 she has continuously hosted a weekly radio show on KPCW, a local non-profit station. She has also served as Chairwoman of the Communications Committee for the Park City Community Church and continues to coordinate weddings. As the holder of a real estate license she provides property management services for resort rental property and in addition, she frequently serves as an election judge for Summit County. Her passion as a ski instructor continues into her 18th season at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
