My husband and I were on the way to our granddaughter's impending delivery when our car began experiencing difficulties just as we passed the exit for Lewisburg. We made a u-turn and went in search of an auto body shop. The first establishment had no time for us, so we traveled down Jefferson St. to Greenbrier Chevrolet Buick. They said that they would look at our car and promised to see if they could determine the problem. Within the hour, they had a diagnosis. They told us that the cause of the car trouble was one of two situations. One was a very moderate option, the other was much more costly. They recommended the cheaper option. They said if it didn't fix the problem we could always install the more costly part. (What garage does that?!?) The cheaper part fixed our car and we made it to Virginia in time for the birth of our twelfth grandchild!!
Their waiting area and restrooms were spotless. There was fresh water available for us to drink. A gentlemen on the sales floor offered to take us to a restaurant for lunch. I can't say enough for the care they took with their customers and the quality of their work. Thank you Greenbrier Chevrolet Buick!response / report this review -

Gave me a great price. When they didn't have what I was looking for on their lot. They found one at one of their other dealerships and had it brought over within minutes. My wife loved it, my 4yo granddaughter went from hiding behind my wife to playing and joking with the salesman. The whole process from pulling onto the lot to test driving 2 different vehicles to buying a car my wife loves took less than 3 hours.

Adam was very helpful over the phone and when I brought the truck in communicated well and kept me informed of the progress on my truck. I was on the road and the service performed was timely and considerate of my schedule not to mention at a more reasonable cost than my home town dealer here in Pennsylvania. When back in Lewisburg you can count on my loyalty.

will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a good experience. This dealership gave me the small hometown feel and kindness, priced fairly, and followed through with the sale with great friendly service! They have been wonderful even after the sale was complete by giving complimentary detail, gas and made sure I had an inspection sticker that would last until next year! These guys will take good care of you!

I had a great experience buying a car at Bill Lewis Motors in Lewisburg, WV. The sales staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and I never felt as though I was being tricked into buying a car. Even though their current sales office is in temporary location, they even more willing to work with me and my needs. I can't wait to see the new building!
