Save your money and go to another cemetery! They have been giving us nothing but the run around since our mother passed away. We are still waiting on a temp marker that my brother paid for right after our mother died, they told him what he paid for did not exist, even though he had the receipt to show he paid for the temp stone. Then they tried to charge him more for a similar stone! Once that was settled, we were told it would be a couple weeks. They didn't even place the order until questioned again about it not coming. Here were are yet again without the temp stone, almost 2 months later! Please go to a place that does not have a shiester trying to over charge you and not producing the product you paid for. Simply appalling, at the worst time in your life, they try to give you the run around!

Very disappointed on how they have handle a very sensitive matter that I have been dealing with for over a year now and as of to date has not been resolved. Staff is very unprofessional and not very helpful. I feel like I need to take some legal action at this point. It is very sad that I feel I need to take these extreme measures to resolve this matter.

Buyer Beware I was told that if I needed put a deposit down on the creamation package because they could not do an assignment when the person is still alive. Now they knew I was trying to be proactive just in case something happen to my father while I'm out of the country...I found out 4 days after paying the deposit that there is a incontestability with the issuance and they will not payout. So I notified them...they will not give me my deposit back...I think Bob Cummerlander took advantage of the situation...

This is the absolute worst place to have as your loved one's final resting place. I have my father, brother and sister there and apparently, unlike years ago when this place took pride in their work, the current staff doesn't care about our loved ones. My father passed away in 1975 and this past Sunday (June 18, 2017), I went to visit him and my brother (passed in 1994). My father's headstone was slid off it's foundation and my brother's plot did not have a stone on it and yet my mother paid for one, nor did it look like one was ever there. I called 2 days ago (June 19) and was told this matter would be looked into and I would be contacted the next day (June 20) and that did not happen. I called today (June 21 at 8:30AM), after seeing their website state they are open today from 7AM to 7PM, and no one answered but the recording stated the hours are 9AM not 7AM. When I called back at 9:15AM, the phone rang for 20 minutes and no answer. This is shoddy, horrible treatment for our loved ones! I will be hiring an attorney and filing suit. This is absolutely unacceptable, unnecessary and amounts to theft (with the missing headstone), and the most deplorable of conditions. In most sections the grass is not cut, open sinkholes or fissures are exposed and it doesn't have the respectful manner in which loved ones should be treated. If you have a choice, I would suggest you bury or inter your loved one at another Cemetery. Their own website states they have sustained $1.25 million in vandalism and yet they do not have adequate security!

Green Lawn Cemetery is the resting place of our very own WWI Metal Of Honor Fighter Ace Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker. Not only is it home to Eddie but my Grandparents as well. If you want a piece of humble pie walk through Green Lawn, come to peace with death and let it be a reminder that when your forgotten you truly die. Let's never forget those who came before us, RIP everyone!

Plenty of Civil War veterans. Governors of Ohio. Hall of Fame baseball player/manager Billy Southworth is here.

Quiet and peaceful, like a walk in the park that can last all day. I got my friends lost in there thinking they could outsmart me in directions, but someone as sensitive as I am can even ask for directions and use my senses.

Beautiful, peaceful. I have visited this place a few times over the past two years and it is always gorgeous. I've stopped and spoken with a few folks that work there at times and they're always pleasant and ready to answer whatever questions they are able to. The first time was after visiting the Green Lawn Abbey and donating to help its restoration. My latest visit did not disappoint.

In spring and summer it would be nice if your hours were longer at least until 7:00 pm for those who work.
