Me and my husband are super displeased with this company. When we first got the solar, our electric bills were very very low and all of a sudden they sky rocketed! Over the last year our electric bill has been in the triple digits and getting higher. Our bills used to be in the double digits. We were never installed with a WiFi system for the solar so we weren’t able rk track to see if the system was working or not. When we reached out to the company we were given the run around, then my husband posted a bad review with the BBB then the manager reached out to him and scheduled for them to come out and check the system. The first guy that came out said that several of our panels were not working but he was able to get them all working. So basically our system wasn’t even working fully for a whole year and it took for us to keep calling the company and for them to send someone out for us to know that it wasn’t working. I’ve been asking for compensation for a year’s worth of electric bills and we’ve been getting the run around. A manager came out and was supposed to be installing something so that we can get WiFi access to use the app to track out system but according to the next tech that came out, they didn’t install it so we’re still unable to track out system to see if it’s working or not. We have no idea what the manager and his tech did when they came out but the solution doesn’t seem to be solved...we have NO way of monitoring our system. My husband has been calling and calling to speak with the manager and said that every time he’s been unavailable and the manager has not even followed up with us to see how everything going or followed up with us about being compensated since the system was not working fully for a year. How do you not follow up with customers with issues?! We may have to get a lawyer involved because this is behind ridiculous at this point! And we are sick and tired of getting the run around. We should be compensated for a year worth of high electric bills, we even sent the manager copies of our bills from the last year and we’ve heard nothing from him in regard to the bills. Not only that, but my husband has been paying them on time each and every month for a system that wasn’t even working for a year! He should be compensated for that as well! He’s called in the about concerns on the system more than once over the past year and he was given the run around and told lies by the lady who answers the calls. I’m so fed up with this company and is on verge of telling them to come and remove it all so we can be done with them, I don’t recommend this company to NO ONE! I’ll be making another report to the BBB
I recently had the pleasure of having Green House install my Tesla solar system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly fast, surpassing all my expectations. Not only was the installation team efficient, but they were also incredibly easy to work with, accommodating all my needs with utmost professionalism. This was a lengthy process for us. Mostly due to the HOA and permits. However , everything started out went fast. The GHsolar team was awesome with their professionalism and friendly staff. They were able to answer all 101 questions I had. I would recommend them to everyone! Great job! It has been a pleasure

HOWEVER...
In Dec 2022, I was rear-ended by one of Green House Solar and Air's former employees. First and foremost, I am not sure why this employee was even allowed to drive their work truck.. considering how many traffic violations he had prior (it is literally public record). The bigger issue is who they have as an insurance provider. The insurance company they use is about as unethical and unprofessional as it gets. I fought for months to get my car fixed and the insurance company continued to blame me for the damages. IT WAS A REAR END COLLISION ON I75 AND THE EMPLOYEE ADMITTED FAULT. I have tried to contact Green House MULTIPLE times about the lack decency shown by their insurance company. They have taken down my info and never gotten back to me. Their insurance company has cheated me out of $2000. This insurance company took months to get back to me and hardly ever responded to calls and emails in a timely manner. I had a rental car for 3 months. I was assured MULTPLE times in writing before I booked anything that I would be reimbursed for this rental car. Only after I paid for the rental car and submitted receipts, did they inform me that they would actually not be reimbursing me. I understand this is not Green House Solar and Air's problem but they have done NOTHING to help me while their insurance continues to scam me (and 100's of other people according to the reviews and BBB claims). When I do get some one from Green House on the phone, they take my information and then never get back to me. I believe I have written 3 or 4 emails and not a single one has been answered.
I finally went through my own insurance and have gotten my car fixed. The mechanics who fixed it have confirmed that ALL damage sustained from the rear-end collision is due to this accident. Green House's insurance still refuses to refund me for the rental car. It is very clear that this company values the bottom line more than community members they service. This will not go unnoticed for long.
*** In response to your reply-- I have been fighting with your insurance company for almost a year. They are refusing to give me back my money. They continue to blame me. As a teacher, I do not have the funds to sue them... and they know that. I am the innocent party in this and the ONLY one getting screwed over. Again, I truly hope nobody gets hit by one of your employees. I totally understand accidents happen but the insurance company that YOU choose to use is going to cost YOU business. Hope it's worth it...
For the record, I also had a family member get rear-ended by a different company's fleet truck right around the same time. That company did everything they could to make it right. Your company's response just sounds like a very professional and well crafted.... excuse.
