Always helpful and friendly, the staff are knowledgeable about the products and services and the prices and services they offer are very reasonable. I wouldn't shop or use any other pool repair other than Green Acres pools &spas . Thank you all at Green acres for everything you have done to help me out with my pool. I am disabled and I rely on you all and you all never let me down ☺

Absolutely wonderful company and customer service! Scott went above and beyond to ensure my pool equipment install went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them and will certainly do business with them again!

I called to have someone come see what was wrong with my hot tub, it took a week to get a call back and come out. They told me to order a $300 part and let them know when it came in. I did. It took another week for a cal back to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out. They never called or showed up. I called and called and couldn't get anyone on the phone. When I called from my work number they answered on the first ring. Said they did come out but couldn't find the part. I told them I wasn't leaving a $300 circuit board outside for 2 weeks. They said they called me and knocked, neither of which happened. She then told me I was a liar and they could get me back on the schedule, but not for yet another 2 weeks. I am taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do too.

This place has the worst communication and customer service of any "professional" company I have ever used in my life. I paid them to clean my pool and they never completed the job siting my attitude as the problem. I would not have an attitude if the work i paid to get done was done which its not and everytime you call them you get the run around. Everything you have a problem with your forwarded to the owner Scott who does not answer the phone nor return calls. They were also paid to reset my liner in one spot, 5 weeks later it has fallen out as well. I would not recommend these people to anyone for anything.

Our experience with Green Acres was less than stellar. Terrible customer service. First, we had several other pool owners warn us to avoid Green Acres. We were desperate for a product, so we decided to give them a chance.

Our pool/tile repair men spoke with Tasha over the phone, who assured them that the concrete mix they had is white. When our pool men came to our home after picking up the concrete, they opened the bag and it was dark gray. We are able to return the product, but Green Acres lack of knowledge of their products has now cost us more time and more money.

In the course of 2 days and 3 phone calls, it took me at least 30 minutes to simply have the phone answered as they only have one line, and it was constantly busy. So, I have been sitting in front of my phone hitting redial all that time.....

As a former Marketing Executive & Director, that has a proven track record of growing small business over the years, and, growing up in a family that has a very successful retail family business (60 years and running!) known throughout the upper Midwest, I made a "marketing 101" suggestion to the owner - Jenny - that they might perhaps add a second line. Jenny instantly became irate with me stating how "all they do is answer the phone all day and a second line would only make it ring more"....(in my world, and most other small business owner's worlds, this is a good thing.) Instead of saying thank you for the suggestion - I was rudely interrupted and told in no uncertain terms would a second line be added!

The frustration only grew as Jenny would not allow me (a potentially good customer and free marketer to other pool owners) to simply finish a sentence, raising her voice over me. Jenny questioned what our pool men were trying to do to our pool, and she then said that we had the wrong product, that our pool men did not know what they are doing. I assured her that these men have over 20 years experience in the tile/pool industry and they have done an excellent job, plus have excellent references. Jenny proceeded to poke fun of them as they drive an older vehicle and apparently it needed to be jumped in their parking lot. Our pool men also stated that they were not treated politely when they were there to pick up the product. That was the final straw for me.
I will pay shipping prices before I do business with them again.
